«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մի քանի անգամ առիթ եղել է անդրադառնալու այն հարցին, որ ՏՏ ոլորտում էական խնդիրներ կան կուտակված, և որ լուրջ դժգոհություններ են հասունանում: Սակայն պարզվում է՝ այս դաշտում վիճակն անհամեմատ վատ է, քան նույնիսկ փորձագետներն են ներկայացնում: Ի մասնավորի, դրա մասին էր վկայում նաև այս տարվա հոկտեմբերին կայացած «Digitec»-ը, որն այդ տեխնոլոգիական ցուցահանդեսի պատմության մեջ ամենաաղքատիկն էր:

Ավելին, ինչպես նշել ենք այդ օրերին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ չմասնակցեց դրան՝ ինչ-ինչ վախերի պատճառով վերջին պահին չեղարկելով իր այցը: Հիմա էլ մեր հետաքննող գործընկերները պարզել են, որ կառավարությունը 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերին 10 միլիարդ դրամ պետական աջակցություն էր տրամադրել տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտի ընկերություններին, ապա աջակցություն ստացած ընկերություններից 14-ն իրենց գործունեությունը ժամանակավորապես դադարեցրել են, իսկ 4-ը լուծարման փուլում են։ Ստացվում է՝ զգալի գումարներ են փոշիացվել, ավելին՝ կան կարծիքներ, որ այստեղ կարող է և կոռուպցիոն ռիսկ լինել:

Մի խոսքով, ցավալիորեն, այս իշխանությունները նաև ՏՏ ոլորտն են փորձում ավիրել՝ այն հետևողական ներքաշելով խնդիրների ու սկանդալների մեջ։ Անշուշտ, կան բազմաթիվ ընկերություններ, որոնք ամեն ինչ անում են՝ համակարգի ավանդույթները պահելու համար, ավելին՝ նրանցից մի քանիսը 1000 խոշոր հարկ վճարողների լավագույն հարյուրյակում են, սակայն, ընդհանուր առմամբ, ՏՏ ոլորտի վիճակը Հայաստանում ավելի ու ավելի է վատանում։
