«Գործակալ Օմեգայի» ուշագրավ այցը Բրիտանիա. փակ հանդիպումներ են եղել

Արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն օրերս ուշագրավ այց է կատարել Մեծ Բրիտանիա, ընդ որում ռազմավարական երկխոսության օրակարգով: Ինքնին այդ այցը, երբ արտգործնախարարն այցելում է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի պես պետություն՝ ռազմավարական համագործակցություն ծավալելու, ուղակիորեն բխում է գործող վարչախմբի հակառուսական օրակարգից՝ հաշվի առնելով դեռ ռազմավարական դաշնակից Ռուսաստանի և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի, ոչ թե բարդ, այլ ուղղակի թշնամական հարաբերությունները։

Այցը, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, ունեցել է բաց և փակ հատվածներ։ Բաց հատվածում եղել են հանդիպումներ տարբեր պաշտոնյաների հետ, դեսպանատան բացում, տարբեր քննարկումներ։ Լոնդոնի կենտրոնում գտնվող դեսպանատան վրա Հայաստանի գործող վարչախումբը 27 միլիոն ֆունտ է ծախսել, ինչը նման ծայրահեղ տնտեսական պայմաններում, նման ծախսը բացատրում է, թե փաշինյանական վարչախմբի համար ինչ կարևորություն ունի Մեծ Բրիտանիան։ Նախապես հայտարարվել էր, թե Միրզոյանին ընդունելու է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի արտգործնախարարը, սակայն հենց այցի օրը նախարարը փոխվել է և Դեյվիդ Քեմերոնը չի ընդունել Միրզոյանին, թեև չկար որևէ երաշխիք, որ նույնիսկ ավելի վաղ նշանակվելու դեպքում Քեմերոնի կալիբրի անձը կհամաձայնվի հանդիպել Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարի հետ, փոխարենը, մեր աղբյուրների պնդմամբ, Միրզոյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել «Մի 6»-ի ղեկավար Ռիչարդ Մուրի հետ։

Նույն այդ Մուրն էր, որ ամիսներ առաջ անակնկալ հայտնվեց Հայաստանում, հանդիպում ունեցավ Նիկոլ Փաշինայնի հետ, որից հետո էլ սկսվեց Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխման գործընթացը։ Մուրը նաև համարվում է Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանի անմիջական կուրատորը և Արևմուտքում նշում են, թե Էրդողանը լուրջ կախվածություն ունի հենց Մուրից։ Թե ի՞նչ են խոսել գործակալ օմեգան և «Մի 6»-ի ղեկավարը, մնում է միայն կռահել։
