«Խաղաղության դարաշրջանի» օրակարգը ձախողվել է

«Խաղաղության դարաշրջանի» օրակարգը ձախողվել է, և այդ փաստն անգամ արձանագրում է ինքը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Երեկ խորհրդարանում բյուջեի ներկայացման ժամանակ Փաշինյանը ոչ ուղիղ, սակայն ստիպված է եղել խոստովանել իր խաղաղության օրակարգի ձախողումը։ Ընդսմին՝ նշելով, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղություն կնքելու իրենց քաղաքական կամքը մնում է անսասան, Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե Խաղաղության երեք առանցքային սկզբունքներն, ըստ էության, համաձայնեցված են Ադրբեջանի հետ և այդ համաձայնեցումը տեղի է ունեցել բանակցությունների ընթացքում սույն թվականի մայիսի 14-ի և հուլիսի 15-ին Բրյուսելում տեղի ունեցած եռակողմ հանդիպումների ժամանակ, սակայն Ադրբեջանը համռորեն հրաժարվում է խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել։

Ինքը՝ Փաշինյանն էլ պատասխանում է, թե ո՞րն է խնդիրը, թե ինչո՞ւ առաջ չեն գնում, ինչո՞ւ չեն ստորագրում խաղաղության պայմանագիրը։ «Մեծ հաշվով պատճառն անվստահությունն է կողմերի միջև, որովհետև ամեն անգամ մենք Ադրբեջանի, երևի Ադրբեջանը մեր հայտարարությունների, որոշ գործողությունների մեջ տեսնում ենք վերը նշված պայմանավորվածություններից հրաժարվելու և ագրեսիվ գործողություններ պլանավորելու մտադրություններ, ինչն էլ բացասաբար է ազդում խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստային աշխատանքի վրա»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը՝ ակամայից հաստատելով, որ թշնամական պետությունը բացարձակապես թքած ունի նրա խաղաղության դարաշրջանի օրակարգի վրա, շարժվում է սեփական օրակարգով, այն է ամեն գնով ջախջախել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը։

Իր չարաբաստիկ ելույթի ողջ ընթացքում Նիկոլ Փաշինայնն այդպես էլ չի հիշել Արցախի մասին, ընդհուպ չի նշել նաև իր սիրելի տերմինը դարձած «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը», որևէ բառ բյուջեով էլ արցախցիներին մեծ գումարներ նախատեսված չէ, եթե նույնիսկ Արցախի գոյության պայմաններում տարեկան մինչև 144 միլիարդ էր հատկացվում, ապա եկող տարվա բյուջեով ընդամենը 10 միլիարդ արցախցիների սոցիալական խնդիրները լուծելու համար, ինչը նշենք չափազանց փոքր թիվ է՝ հաշվի առնելով ստեղծված իրավիճակը։ Որևէ բառ այդպես էլ Փաշինյանը չի նշում հայ ժողովրդի մասին, իր համար գոյություն ունի միայն պետությունը և իր սեփական իշխանությունը, հետևաբար կարելի է Նիկոլ Փաշինայնի այս ելույթից արձանագրել, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը գտնվում է խայտառակ ծանր իրավիճակում և այդ իրավիճակին հասել են բացառապես Փաշինյանի պատճառով։ Իսկ հաջորդ տարվա բյուջեն մեկ այլ խայտառակություն է։ Եթե պաշտպանության բյուջեն աճել է միայն 7 տոկոսով, Փաշինյանին պաշտպանող ոստիկանության բյուջեի ավելացումը 10-նյակ տոկոսներով է չափվում, գիտությանն ու կրթությանը տրամադրվելիք գումարներն անասելի փոքր են, իսկ տնտեսական աճի մասին գործադիրի պատկերացումները միայն դառը քմծիծաղ են առաջացնում։

Փաստացի, հայ ժողովրդի հետ հարաբեվելիս գործող վարչախումբն առաջնորդվում է միայն չնչին կերակրելու և բուռն տեսարաններ ապահովելու սկզբունքով, որպեսզի ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին հնարավորինս հետ պահի արժանապատիվ կեցության իրավունքից։
