Ռուսաստանի կոշտ նախազգուշացումը

Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերություններում արդեն անցել է անթաքույց ձևակերպումների և շատ կարճ ու կոնկրետ սպառնալիքներ է տեղում։ Պատճառն իհարկե, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների հակառուսական քաղաքականությունն է և պարբերաբար այդ մասին հայտարարելը։

Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Մարիա Զախարովան երեկ կայացած ճեպազրույցում հայտարարել է, թե պաշտոնական Երևանը վերջին շրջանում քայլեր է ձեռնարկում, որոնք չեն համապատասխանում Մոսկվայի հետ նախկինում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններին։ «Իհարկե մենք նույնկերպ կարձագանքեինք դրանց»,- ասել է Զախարովան, սակայն չի նշել, թե կոնկրետ, որ քայլերի մասին է խոսքը։

Թերևս հարկավոր չէ գուշակ լինել՝ հասկանալու, թե ինչ է ակնարկում Զախարովան։ Ըստ ամենայնի, նա ակնարկել էր, թե Փաշինյանի չմեկնելը Բիշքեկ ԱՊՀ երկրների ղեկավարների գագաթնաժողին և, թե՛ նոյեմբերի 23-ի ՀԱՊԿ նիստին մասնակցելուն հրաժարվելը։

Փաշինյանի հակառուսական քաղաքականությունը վերջին շրջանում չափազանց շատ է սրվել։ Զախարովան նաև ընդգծել է, թե Հայաստանի ղեկավարության արևմտյան ընկերները տորպեդահարում են ամեն բան, որոնց հնարավորին է եղել հասնել հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում։ Հայաստանը գործելով ԱՄՆ–ի և Եվրամիության հուշումներով եռակողմ համաձայնագրի շրջանակներից դուրս, մեր կարծիքով հայտնվում է տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցումների, ապա կոնֆիգուրացիայից կտրվելու վտանգի առաջ։ «Շատ տեղերում են ԱՄՆ և Եվրամիությունը հանդես եկել որպես երաշխավոր»,-նշել է Զախարովան։ Այս դեպքում էլ խոսքը այսպես կոչված Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի մասին է, թեև ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչն ամեն կերպ փորձում է համոզել, թե իրենք շահագրգռված չեն Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի բացմամբ։

Ընդհանրապես Ռուսաստանը շահագրգռված է բոլոր կոմունիկացիաների բացմամբ, ինչն առաջին հերթին հենց իրենց կկապի Թուրքիայի և Մերձավոր Արևելքի հետ։ ԲՆավ զարմանալի չէ, որ նույն Զախարովան դեռևս որոշ ժամանակ առաջ հայտարարել էր, թե եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ հաղորդակցությունների անվտանգությունն իրականացնելու է ռուսական կողմը։

Հայաստանը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, թե բացարձակ մտադիր չէ առաջնորդվել միջանցքային տրամաբանությամբ։
