Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, ՀՀ ԶՈւ հետախուզության վարչության նախկին պետ, ՀՀ վարչապետի նախկին խորհրդական, ԳՇ պետի նախկին առաջին տեղակալ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանն առաջիկայում ավարտելու է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման ծրագրի ստեղծումը և այն ներկայացնելու է հանրության դատին: Ծրագրում մանրամասն ներկայացվելու են Կարապետյանի և իր համակիրների մոտեցումները ՀՀ առաջ ծառացած կարևորագույն տարբեր հարցերում։ Թե կոնկրետ ինչ դետալներ կան ծրագրում, ճշտել դեռևս չհաջողվեց: Սակայն հաշվի առնելով նրա քաղաքական հայտ ներկայացնելու հայտարարության, ինչպես նաև օրերս լրատվամիջոցներից մեկին տված հարցազրույցի բովանդակությունը, այն կարող է բավական ուշագրավ գնահատականներ ու բացահայտումներ պարունակել:

Ի մասնավորի, Կարապետյանը վերջերս նշել էր, որ հայ ժողովրդի համար այս պատմական աղետի և ողբերգության համար պատասխանատուն միանշանակ Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունն է։ «Սովորաբար դավաճանություն է համարվում, երբ որևէ մեկը տեղեկատվություն է փոխանցում թշնամուն, բայց դավաճանություն է համարվում նաև գիտակցված գործողությունը կամ անգործությունը հօգուտ թշնամու, որը հանգեցնում է լուրջ հետևանքների, այս դեպքում՝ Արցախի կորստի։ Դավաճանություն է հրաժարվել պաշտպանել սեփական քաղաքացիներին, իսկ Արցախում ապրում են հայկական անձնագիր ունեցող ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ։ Մենք բոլորս վկա ենք այս դավաճանությանը, և ես այլ բառ չեմ գտնում»,- ասել է Կարապետյանը։

Ի դեպ, նա նաև նշել է, թե ազգային անվտանգության ապահովման հարցերում իր տեսակետը երբեք չի համընկել Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների տեսակետի հետ՝ թեկուզ այն պարզ պատճառով, որ իշխանությունները, մեղմ ասած, կոմպետենտ չեն այս հարցում։ Ինչ վերաբերում է արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխությանը, ըստ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարի, մեր դեպքում դա կբերի լուրջ տնտեսական և էներգետիկ խնդիրների։
