Նոյեմբերի 14-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում, որը օպերատիվ ու պրոֆեսիոնալ ձևով հանգուցալուծվել  է ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, այդ օրը, ժամ 05:10-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները՝ վարչության պետ Արթուր Բդոյանի, վարչության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Հովհաննես Արիստակեսյանի գլխավորությամբ, ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի պետ Արսեն Ոսկանյանի, բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Գևորգ Միքայելյանի, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պետական պահպանության գլխավոր վարչության Վաղարշապատի պահպանության բաժնի ծառայողները՝  պահապանությաւն բաժնի պետ Ա. Ադամյանի և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Արմավիրի մարզի գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 1-ին դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Ղարիբ Գրիգորյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Արսեն Բաղդասարյանի, պարեկներ Արամայիս Սարգսյանի և Արմեն Սահակյանի գլխավորությամբ փայլուն ու գրագետ օպերացիայի արդյունքում կանխել են Վաղարշապատ քաղաքի Մաշտոցի փողոցի 14/79 հասցեում գտնվող «Ֆասթ բանկ» ՓԲԸ-ի մասնաճյուղում զինված ավազակային հարձակումը:  

Ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ մի քաղաքացի մարտական նռնակով զինված մտել է նշված բանկ և նռնակի օղակը քաշելով և այն պայթեցնելու սպառնալիքով բանկի 23-ամյա գանձապահից պահանջել է դրամապահոցում գտնվող ողջ գումարը իրեն տալ: 

Բարեբախտաբար, գանձապահը նույնպես զգոն է եղել ու ժամանակին դեպքի վայր հասած ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները կարողացել են խաբս տալով վնասազերծել կասկածյալին, ում այնուհետև ավազակություն կատարելու և ապօրինի զինամթերք պահելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալել և տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին:

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ կասկածյալը Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 29-ամյա տղամարդ է, ում անունը նախաքննության շահերից ելնելով չենք հրապարակում: 

Ոստիկանները կարողացել են նաև վնասազերծել մարտական նռնակը: 

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Սամվել Սիմոնյանի, Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնի պետ Դավթի Բարոյանի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ:
