Զենք գնելը մի բան է, Հայաստան հասցնելը՝ այլ. լոգիստիկ խնդիրները սրվելու են

Ֆրանսիական մի քանի զրահամեքենաների Հայաստան տեղափոխելու հետ կապված խնդիրներն ու լուսաբանումը վկայում են մեր ավելի վաղ արած կանխատեսումը, թե արևմտյան զենք գնելու հետ կապված Հայաստանը լուրջ լոգիստիկ խնդիրներ ունի։ Տեխնիկայի մի մասը, եթե հավատանք առկա տեղեկություններին, դեռևս գտնվում են վրացական Փոթի նավահանգստում։ Փոթիի նավահանգստի օպերատոր ընկերությունը հայտարարել է, թե որևէ խնդիր չունի այն Հայաստան փոխանցելու համար, քանի որ սահմանափակումների տակ չեն գտնվում, մինչդեռ փաստն այն է, որ նման տեխնիկայի առաքման մասին տեղեկությունը հենց վրցական կողմից էլ դուրս է եկել։ Բանն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան պահանջում են խոչընդոտել Ֆրանսիայից գնած զենքի լոգիստիկան և ավելի վաղ նշել էինք, որ դա չափազանց բարդ իրագործվող գործարք է, քանի որ հիմնականում աշխարհաքաղաքական, այլ ոչ ռազմական կոմպոնենտ է պարունակում։

Եթե նույնիսկ ընդունենք, որ այս անգամ զրահամեքենաները հնարավոր կլինի անցկացնել Հայաստան, իսկ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի ճնշումը Վրաստանի վրա պակաս ազդեցիկ կլինի, քան Արևմուտքի ճնշումը, ապագայում դա ամենևին էլ փաստ չէ, որ նման տենդենցները շարունակվելու են։

Իհարկե, այս դեպքում Արևմուտքին կհաջողվի համոզել ոչ միայն Վրաստանին, այլ նաև Ադրբեջանին, որ սա անհրաժեշտ է Ռուսաստանին տարածաշրջանից հանելու համար, առավել ևս, որ Հայաստան տեղափոխում է ոչ թե լուրջ սպառազինություն, այլ զրահամեքենաներ, որոնցից ավելի վաղ, ըստ ֆրանսիական աղբյուրների, հրաժարվել էր նույնիսկ Ուկրաինան, ուստի և զենքի մատակարարումը չի կարող լինել պարբերական, լինելու դեպքում էլ անընդհատ խոչընդոտներով և խափանումներով է լինելու, իսկ հնարավոր ռազմական գործողությունների շրջանում ընդհանրապես բացառվում է։

44–օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ Վրաստանը որևէ փամփուշտ թույլ չտվեց իր տարածքով անցկացնել Հայաստան։ Տարածաշրջանում այնպիսի բարդ փոխհարաբերություներ են, որ ռազմական տեխնիկա գնելը մի բան է, Հայաստան հասցնելը բոլորովին այլ խնդիր, ուստի և հիմնականում ֆրանսիական զենքի շուրջ ամեն ինչ սահմանափակվում է քարոզչությամբ և մանիպուլացիաներով, որի նպատակն աշխարհաքաղաքական մրցակցությունն է, իսկ Հայաստանն ընդամենը դարձել է մանրադրամ տարածաշրջանում Ռուսաստանի հետ հաշիվները պարզելու համար։
