Ինչո՞ւ են ԱԺ կանչել Շահրամանյանին

44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող Ազգային ժողովի քննիչ հանձնաժողովը երեկ գրավոր նամակ է ուղարկել Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանին, հրավիրել հանձնաժողով հարցաքննության։ Տեղեկությունը հաստատել են հենց հանձնաժողովից, հայտնել, որ նամակն ուղարկել են Հայաստանում Արցախի ներկայացուցչություն։

Մինչ վերջերս քննիչ հանձնաժողովը որևէ անգամ ցանկություն չի հայտնել հարցաքննել Սամվել Շահրամանյանին, հանձնաժողովը հարցաքննել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանին, պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Ջալալ Հարությունյանին, ցանկություն ունեին հրավիրել նաև Արայիկ Հարությունյանին, սակայն նրան այսօր հարցաքննում են Բաքվի բանտում։

Շահրամանյանը 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ պաշտոն է զբաղեցրել Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում և, մի գուցե, կարող է ինչ-ինչ հարցերում լույս սփռել 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքների վրա։ Իրականում, սակայն, խնդիրն ընդամենը մեկն է, նման հրավերով գործող իշխանությունները ցանկանում են ճնշում բանեցնել հենց Արցախի իշխանությունների և անձամբ Սամվել Շահրամանյանի վրա։

Հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը վերջին մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում բազմիցս հանդես է եկել Շահրամանյանին քննադատող հայտարարություններով, հենց նրան մեղադրել Արցախի հայաթափման մեջ, ուստի և գործող իշխանությունները փորձելու են այս անգամ ևս այդ հարցաքննությամբ ստանալ իրենց ցանկալի պատասխանները և վատ դրության մեջ դնել Սամվել Շահրամանյանին, Արցախի իշխանություններին էլ ներկայացնել վատ լույսի ներքո։

Իհարկե, Սամվել Շահրամանյանը կարող է հրաժարվել ներկայանալ 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող քննիչ հանձնաժողով, սակայն այդ դեպքում էլ արդեն հնարավորություն կտան փաշինյանական վարչախմբին նոր մեղադրանքներ հասցեագրելով Արցախի իշխանություններին հայտարարելու, թե նրանք խուսափում են և փախչում են հանձնաժողով ներկայանալուց։
