Քաղաքական բռնաճնշումները գնալով ահագնանում են

Քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների նկատմամբ հետապնդումները փաշինյանական Հայաստանում գնալով ավելի է ակտիվանում և ավելի լկտիանում են։ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Մամիջանյանի դեմ քաղաքական հետապնդումներ է իրականացվում։ Պատգամավորը վստահ է՝ փորձում են իրեն լռեցնել, սակայն դա ապարդյուն քայլ է փաշինյանական վարչախմբի կողմից։

Օրերս ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը քննչական կոմիտեից ծանուցում է ստացել և որպես վկա հրավիրվել հարցաքննության՝ բռնություն գործադրելու, հրապարակային կոչերի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնված վարույթի շրջանակներում։

Այս տարվա սեպտեմբերի 12-ին Ազգային ժողովում ճեպազրույցի շրջանակներում արված հայտարարություններն են պատճառը, ընդ որում պատգամավորը նույն օրը պարզաբանել է իր հայտարարությունները հենց Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից, դա սակայն չի խանգարում փաշինյանական վարչախմբին հետապնդումների նոր ալիք սկսել արդեն հայտնի քաղաքական գործիչների նկատմամբ՝ փորձելով այդ կերպ լռեցնել։

Քրեական նման մի գործ էլ նախկին վարչապետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանի դեմ են հարուցել։ Վերջինս ևս մտադիր չէ ընկրկել, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշել է, թե հայրենիք ենք կորցնում և ինքը որպես քաղաքական գործիչ իրավունք չունի լռել։

2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո, ինքն իրեն ժողովրդավարության բաստիոն հայտարարած փաշինյանական վարչախումբը թերևս գերազանցել է բոլոր նախորդներին՝ քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների դեմ հետապնդումներ հարուցելով, ձերբակալելով և քրեական գործեր կարելով։ Բնականաբար, իրավապաշտպան բոլոր կառույցները, որոնք նախկինում իսկական վայնասուն էին բարձրացնում որևէ ընդդիմադիր գործչի ձերբակալության դեպքով, Փաշինյանի պարագայում, գրեթե երբեք, չեն հայտարարել քաղաքական հետապնդումների մասին, ինչը խոսում է արևմտյան ֆինանսավորմամբ աշխատող կառույցների երկակի ստանդարտների մասին։ Թերևս, մեծ հավանականությամբ, հենց իրենք էլ մեղսակից են այդ հետապնդումներին և վարչախմբին հրահանգում ու պարտադրում են քրեական գործեր հարուցել ընդդիմադիրների նկատմամբ։

Այդուհանդերձ, Փաշինյանն ինքն էլ պետք է որ հասկանա, որ նման հետապնդումներն առանձնապես լուրջ ազդեցություն չեն կարող ունենալ։ Մեկ-երկուսի դեպքում միգուցե ազդի, սակայն հարյուրավոր հետապնդյալներ շարունակում են շատ ավելի լայն թափով պայքարել անգամ ազատազրկման վայրերից։
