Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություներում նոր սրում է սպասվում

Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություներում նոր սրում է սպասվում։ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան երեկ հայտարարել է, թե՝ «Ադրբեջանի և Նախիջևանի միջև տրանսպորտային կապը պետք է վերահսկի ոչ թե հայկական կողմը, այլ Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայության սահմանապահները»։ Ըստ Զախարովայի՝ այդ մասին նշված է 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունում։ Հայկական կողմը պնդում է, թե երբեք և որևէ փաստաթղթով չի ստանձնել սահմանային վերահսկողությունը երրորդ երկրին հանձնելու պարտավորություն։

Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն անմիջապես արձագանքել է Մարիա Զախարովայի հայտարարություններին, ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Անի Բադալյանը նշել է, թե տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաների բացման դեպքում Հայաստանն իր տարածքում, իր պետականա ինստիտուտների միջոցով պետք է իրականացնի սահմանային մաքսային հսկողություն։ Ըստ Բադալյանի՝ դա ակնհայտ է դառնում Հայաստանի կառավարության՝ վերջերս հրապարակած «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագծի հիմնական սկզբունքներից։ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը երբևէ, որևէ փաստաթղթով չի համաձայնվել իր սուվերենության որևէ սահմանափակման, և իր սուվերեն տարածքի որևէ հատվածի վրա երրորդ երկրի վերահսկողություն հաստատվել չի կարող»։

Օրեր առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, թե Հայաստանի ԱԱԾ-ում հատուկ ստորաբաժանում է ստեղծվել, որի խնդիրը տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաների բացման դեպքում, այդ կոմունիկացիաները, ինչպես նաև դրանցով ապրանքների, բեռների, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և մարդկանց անցման անվտանգության ապահովումն է, ուստի բոլորովին գաղտնիք չէ, որ Ռուսաստանը լուրջ ախորժակ ունի անձամբ վերահսկելու այդ տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաները, բոլոր կողմերին իրենից կախվածության մեջ պահելու համար։

Դրան առանձնապես դեմ չեն Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը, միակ դեմ կողմը տարածաշրջանում Իրանն է, որը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, թե դա կարմիր գիծ է համարում, ուստի և Ռուսաստանին քանի դեռ չի հաջողվել համոզել Իրանին, առանձնապես մեծ հնարավորություններ չի ունենալու իարկանացնել։ Այդուհանդերձ, այս նոր բանավեճը սպառնում է լրջորեն սրել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները, որոնք առանց այն էլ գտնվում են վատ վիճակում։
