Ադրբեջանը առաջարկելու է տնտեսական այնպիսի պայմաններ, որից շահելու է միայն ինքը․ Մեսրոպ Առաքելյան

«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության համահիմնադիր Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

Մի կողմ թողնենք «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկի» քաղաքական գործոնները, թե արդյոք տարածաշրջանի երկրները հակված են Հայաստանին մասնակից դարձնել արդեն գոյություն ունեցող ենթակառուցվածքների համակարգին։ Ճանապարհների բացումը, ենթակառուցվածքների ստեղծումը մի ինչ-որ պահից սկսած ենթադրում է բացառապես տնտեսական համակարգ, սակայն ինչպես և բազմաթիվ նախագծերի մասով, այդպես էլ այս դեպքում, իշխանությունը չունի որևէ տնտեսական վերլուծություն, թե ճանապարհների բացումը ինչ տնտեսական ազդեցություն է ունենալու Հայաստանի վրա։
 
Ակնհայտ է, որ նույնիսկ ճանապարհների բացման և նոր ենթակառուցվածքների առկայության պարագայում, առնվազն Ադրբեջանը առաջարկելու է տնտեսական այնպիսի պայմաններ, որից շահելու է միայն ինքը։
Մասնավորապես երկաթգծի վերականգնման պարագայում, դեպի Ռուսաստան երթուղին անցնելու է Ադրբեջանի տարածքով մոտ 750 կմ, իսկ Ադրբեջանը Թուրքիային կապող երկաթուղին՝ Հայաստանով ընդամենը 42 կմ։ Հետևաբար միևնույն տարանցիկ վճարների դեպքում մենք վճարելու ենք մոտ 20 անգամ վճար և հարց է ծագելու` արժե՞ օգտվել այդ երթուղուց, թե՞ շարունակել օգտագործել Լարսի ճանապարհը։ Էլ չասած, որ Հայաստանի համար հիմնական շուկա համարվող Կրասնոդարի երկրամաս Ադրբեջանի սահմանից հասնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է լինելու ծախսել ևս 200 կմ ավել ճանապարհ, քան Լարսից։
 
Կամ Մեղրիից Երևան Նախիջևանով գալու դեպքում արդյո՞ք պատրաստ են իրանական բեռնատարները ճանապարհային լրացուցիչ վճար վճարել Ադրբեջանին։
 
Մեկ օրինակ էլ Թուրքիայի հետ սահմանը բացելու մասով։ Թուրքիայի եվրոպական սահմանից դեպի Երևան 2000 կմ-անոց ճանապարհը, որն այժմ անցնում է Վրաստանով, սահմանը բացվելուց հետո կկրճատվի ընդամենը 50 կմ-ով։ Հետևաբար, ճանապարհի խնայողության օգուտը նույնպես գերագնահատված է։
