Նոր բռնաճնշումներ Փաշինյանից՝ իրավապաշտպանի դեմ

Փաշինյանական վարչախումբը հերթական բռնաճնշումներն է սկսել՝ այս անգամ արդեն իրավապաշտպան Ավետիք Իշխանյանի դեմ։ Օրերս Ավետիք Իշխանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեղեկացրել է, որ իրեն զանգահարել է մի քննիչ և հայտնել, որ նրա դեմ քրեական վարույթ է հարուցվել քրեական օրենսգրքի 330 հոդվածով՝ բռնության կոչեր հնչեցնելը։

Պատճառն այս տարվա սեպտեմբերի 19-ին Ավետիք Իշխանյանի գրած ֆեյսբուքյան ստատուսն էր։ «Չի բացառվում, որ ինչպես 2020 թվականին, այնպես էլ այսօր սկսված պատերազմը պայմանավորված էր, այն ինչ մինչև վերջ չհաջողվեց 2020 թվականին, այն է՝ Արցախի ամբողջական հանձնումը, փորձ է կատարվում իրականացնել այժմ։ Սրան նախորդեցին վարչապետ կոչեցյալ, դավաճանի հակառուսական հայտարարությունները, ԵՄ կոչվող դիտորդները, հայ-ամերիկյան զորավարժությունները, որոնք հիանալի հող ստեղծեցին ադրբեջանական հարձակման համար։ Ադրբեջանը շտապում է, քանի որ իր դրածո դավաճանի աթոռը երերում է, միևնույն է, ի հեճյուկս դավաճանների, Արցախը մնալու է կանգուն, մա՛հ դավաճաններին»,- ընդամենը գրել էր իրավապաշտպանը։

Մեկ ամսից ավելի ժամանակ գործող իրավապահ մարմինները մտածեցին, մտածեցին և որոշեցին քրեական հետապնդում հարուցել հայտնի իրավապաշտպանի դեմ։ Սա հերթական անգամ բնորոշում է փաշինյանական վարչախմբի իրական բնույթը, էությունը, որ պատրաստ են ամենաանհեթեթ մեղադրանքներով հետապնդել իրենց ընդդիմախոսներին, միայն թե իրենց հասցեին քննադատություն, թեկուզ կոշտ, չլսեն։

Ընդհանրապես հայաստանյան իշխանությունները սիրում են չարաշահել «ժողովրդավարություն» տերմինը, իսկ արևմտյան հովանավորների պասերով տարատեսակ վարկանիշներում Հայաստանը փորձում են ներկայացնել որպես ժողովրդավարության բաստիոն, իրականությունը, սակայն, բոլորովին այլ է, Փաշինյանը վաղուց ընտրել է Հայաստանը իրական ավտոկրատիա դարձնելու ուղին և անշեղորեն գնում է այդ ուղղությամբ, իրավապահներն էլ դարձել են նրա խամաճիկները և կատարում են բոլոր ապօրինի հրահանգները։

Սա այլևս որևէ կերպ հանդուրժելու ենթակա չէ։
