Լարված իրավիճակ՝ Վեդիում․ «Արարատ ցեմենտ» գործարանի աշխատակիցները դժգոհում են (տեսանյութ)

«Արարատ ցեմենտ» գործարանի աշխատակիցները Վեդիի համայնքապետարանի մոտ են, հավաքվել են մտահոգությամբ՝ իրենց աշխատավայրից ընդամենը մի քանի կմ հեռու ցեմենտի նոր գործարան կառուցելու լուրերը հանգիստ չեն տալիս մարդկանց: Բազմաթիվ հարցեր ունեն, Արարատ ցեմենտի աշխատակիցները վստահ են, որ նոր կառուցվելիք գործարանը կկրճատի ցեմենտի իրացումը, ինչի հետևանքով հարյուրավոր մարդիկ կդառնան գործազուրկ: Քաղաքացիներն ուզում են համայնքապետարան մտնել, որտեղ հանրային լսումներ են նախատեսված՝ «Օրդ» ընկերությանը գործարանի հումքի համար հանքի շահագործման թույլտվություն տալու հարցով.  բախվում են մի քանի շարքով կանգնած ոստիկանական պատին:

Այսպես կոչված բյուրոկրատական քաշքշուկներ են սկսվում: Հորդորում են սպասել, ի վերջո՝ նյարդերը տեղի են տալիս: Ոստիկանական պատը ճեղքելուց հետո է միայն ազդակիր համայնքի բնակիչներին հաջողվում ներս մտնել ու մասնակցել քննարկմանը, որը նախապես կոչվում էր հանրային լսում:

Վեդիի համայնքապետը չի մասնակցում քննարկմանը, հայտարարում են, թե քննարկումը նախագահելու է աշխատակազմի գյուղատնտեսության և բնապահպանությաւն վարչության պետը։

Հավակնություններ ունեցող ընկերության բնապահպանը ներկայացնում է շրջակա միջավայի վրա ազդեցության գնահատումը, պնդում, թե շահագործվող հանքը բնակավայրին չի վնասի, որովհետև, օրինակ, քամին հյուսիսից հյուսիս-արևելք է փչելու, ինչը բնակավայրերի ուղղությամբ չէ. մասնագետներին այս դիտարկումը տարօրինակ է թվում:

Բայց խնդիրը միայն դա չէ, բնապահպանական աղետն անխուսափելի է, տարածքում Կարմիր գրքում գրանցված կենդանիներ կան, ի՞նչ է լինեու նրանց ճակատագիրը․ փորձում են բնապահպանին հարցեր ուղղել լսումների մասնակիցները։

Որ բնությունը չվնասեն, խոստանում են եռաշերտ ծառերով պաշտպանել նաև ազդակիր բնակավայրերը:

Մի շարք խնդիրների կողքին նաև ջրի հարցն է. տեղից էլ համայնքում քիչ ջուր կա, որտեղից են հայթայթելու ջրի պաշարները. ասում են՝ կստանան օրենքով սահմանված կարգով։

Հանքի շահագործումն ու նոր գործարանի կառուցումը նաև համայնքի ավագանու անդամների սրտով չէ.  իրենք ու իրենց երեխաներն են կրելու բացասական հետևանքները:

Միայն հարցեր են, իսկ պատասխանները գրեթե չեն լսվում. թեժ բանավեճին միջամտում են ոստիկանները, որոնք համայնքապետարանի շենքը հսկում են ներսից և դրսից: Ընթացքում ուժով դուրս են բերում քննարկման մասնակիցներից մեկին:

Նիստն արձանագրվում էր թե ոչ՝ այդպես էլ չպարզվեց, այսպես կոչված նախագահողը ընդհատում է քննարկումը առանց պատճառաբանության։ Երբ կշարունակվեն լսումները կամ կմասնակցի՞ արդյոք համայնքապետը, առայժմ հայտնի չէ:
