IDBank-ն ու Իդրամը համախմբվել են ID Group հայկական հոլդինգում

Հաշվի առնելով երկու ընկերությունների ռազմավարական հաջող համագործակցությունն ու զարգացման տեսլականների համընկնումը՝ Իդրամն ու IDBank-ը հանդես են գալիս են ID Group հայկական հոլդինգի ներքո, որը ներկայում վերահսկում է Իդրամի և IDBank-ի բաժնետոմսերի 100%-ը։

ID Group ընկերությունը ստեղծվել է 2023 թվականին։ ID Group-ը պատկանում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներ Լալա Բախշեցյանին և Վարտան Դիլանյանին։

Վարտան Դիլանյանի խոսքով` որոշումը նախ և առաջ պայմանավորված է երկու ընկերությունների ռազմավարական հաջող համագործակցությամբ, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս հաստատուն քայլերով զարգացնել թվային բանկինգը Հայաստանում: Ընկերություններն առաջարկում են վճարահաշվարկային և բանկային ծառայությունների այնպիսի հարթակ, որում հաճախորդները ստանում են հեռավար ծառայությունների ամբողջական փաթեթ՝ խնայելով իրենց ժամանակն ու ստանալով որակյալ ծառայություններ։ «ID Group ընկերությունների խմբում մենք շարունակելու ենք իրականացնել Բանկի ռազմավարական նպատակները՝ էլ ավելի կենտրոնանալով ֆինտեխ ուղղության վրա», - ասել է Վարտան Դիլանյանը։ 

Լալա Բախշեցյանը, որպես Հայաստանում էլեկտրոնային փողի ներդրման և զարգացման առաջամարտիկ, կարծում, է, որ ընկերությունների կապիտալի, փորձագիտական և ՏՏ ռեսուրսների մեկտեղումը ID Group-ում հնարավորություն կտա ոչ միայն շարունակել հաջողությամբ զարգացնել թվային էկոհամակարգը, այլ նաև Հայաստանում հաջողված ֆինտեխ լուծումները մոտ ապագայում արտահանել այլ երկրներ։ «ID Group-ում երկու ընկերությունների սիներգիան թույլ կտա ավելի մեծ ռեսուրսներ ներդնել նշված ուղղությունների զարգացման վրա և նպաստել մեր երկրի ֆինանսական ոլորտում նորարարական լուծումների զարգացմանը», - ասել է Լալա Բախշեցյանը։ 

ID Group-ից հայտնում են, որ այն նպատակ ունի շարունակական ներդրումներ կատարել խոստումնալից փոխլրացնող ընկերություններում և նախագծերում։

Վարտան Դիլանյանը ձեռք է բերել IDBank-ի 59,7% բաժնետոմսերը դեռ 2016 թվականին, իսկ 2022 թվականին դարձել է IDBank-ի միակ սեփականատերը՝ նպատակ ունենալով զարգացնել թվային բանկինգը Հայաստանում։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, Վարտան Դիլանյանը, հանդիսանալով Axellect Holding-ի հիմնական բաժնետերը, ակտիվորեն մասնակցել է ՏՏ ռազմավարությունների և թվայնացման ձևավորմանն ու իրականացմանը՝ կենտրոնանալով գլոբալ հեռանկարների և այնպիսի տարածաշրջանների վրա, ինչպիսիք են Մերձավոր Արևելքը, Ղազախստանը և Հայաստանը։ ID Group-ի ստեղծումը Վարտան Դիլանյանին հնարավորություն է ընձեռել իր ռեսուրսների մի մասն ուղղել Axellect Holding-ի միջազգային բիզնեսի զարգացմանը։ Սա իր հերթին թույլ է տալիս միջազգային լավագույն գիտելիքներն ու փորձը բերել հայաստանյան ֆինտեխ շուկա։

Լալա Բախշեցյանը և նրա ամուսինը՝ Ռուբեն Կուրղինյանը, սկսեցին զարգացնել էլեկտրոնային փողի (դրամապանակի) ոլորտը Հայաստանում, երբ 2017 թվականին ձեռք բերեցին հայկական առաջատար էլեկտրոնային փողի ոլորտի առաջատար Idram ընկերությունը՝ հավատալով հայկական ֆինտեխի զարգացման հեռանկարներին և այս ոլորտում ունենալով էական փորձ։ 2020 թվականին՝ Կուրղինյանի մահից հետո, Լալա Բախշեցյանը շարունակել է զարգացնել ընտանեկան բիզնեսը։ 

Կուրղինյան-Բախշեցյան ընտանիքի ներդրումներից ի վեր Idram-ը դարձավ առաջատար ֆինտեխ հարթակ՝ գրանցելով հաճախորդների բազայի, ֆինանսական ծառայությունների, տեխնոլոգիական ենթակառուցվածքների և եկամուտների էական աճ:
