Խաղաղության կեղծ օրակարգը չի հաստատվելու. Սին հույսերը Փաշինյանը տալիս է արեւմուտքի համար․ Կոստանյան (Տեսանյութ)

Վարչապետի տեքստերի մեջ ամենաառանցքայինը «եթե» բառն է, որը ենթադրում է, որ Ադրբեջանը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, չի պահպանելու հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հիմքում դրված սկզբունքները։ Եթե Ադրբեջանը այդ սկզբունենքերի հետ հաշտ լիներ՝ արդեն իսկ փաստաթուղթը ստորագրված կլիներ։ Ի տարբերություն Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի շատ բաց հայտարարում է, որ ծավալապաշտական նկրտումներ ունի Հայաստանի հանդեպ։ «Փաստինֆոյի» եթերում ասել է քաղաքական գործիչ, ՀՀ ԱԺ 7-րդ գումարման պատգամավոր Աննա Կոստանյանը։

Բանախոսի դիտարկմամբ, միամտորեն կարծել, որ այս կարճ հեռանկարում խաղաղության կեղծ օրակարգը հաստատվելու է՝ սին հույսեր են, որոնք ՀՀ դե ֆակտո վարչապետը անում է Արևմուտքի համար։

Ըստ փորձագետի, ՀՀ կառավարության և վարչապետի վարած քաղաքականությունից տեսնում ենք, որ բոլորովին շահագրգիռ չեն Արցախի մասով Հայաստանի կողմից սահմանադրությամբ ամրագրված պարտավորությունները առաջ տանելու։ Սա նշանակում է, որ ձեռքերը լվացեն են Արցախի Հանրապետությունից, որպես սուբյեկտի։ Թեև ուժի սպառնալիքի տակ քաղաքացիները դուրս եկան, բայց դա չի ենթադրում, որ Արցախի հարցը փակված է։

«Միայն Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելը չի ենթադրում, որ այսօրվա սահմանները գծվելու են և վեճը լուծվելու է։ Թուրքիան տարածաշրջանում հեռահար նպատակներ ունի։ Այն քայլերը, որ անում է այս վարչակարգը, թույլ է տալիս ենթադրելու, որ շատ մոտ ապագայում գուցե ոչ միայն Սահմանադրությունը փոխվի, այլև չեղարկվի ՀՀ անկախության հռչակագիրը»,- ասել է Ա․ Կոստանյանը։
