Քաղաքական գործիչների զենքը նախ միտք ու ծրագիր պարունակող խոսքը պետք է լինի,ոչ թե գործողությունների իմիտացիան. Շարմազանով

Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը գրում է. «Երբ չգիտես ի՞նչ անել,պետք չէ անել ինչ պատահի…

Քաղաքական գործիչների զենքը նախ միտք ու ծրագիր պարունակող խոսքը պետք է լինի,ոչ թե գործողությունների իմիտացիան։

Իսկ ի՞նչ է տեղի ունենում Հայաստանում։

Մեկ բառով կարելի է որակել՝ քաոս։

Այո, քաոս։

Բոլորը բոլորին մեղադրում են,բոլորը խոսում են,բոլորը պահանջում են։

Խոսացող կա ինչքան ուզես,բայց խոսքը լսող չկա։

Նման իրավիճակը հատուկ է շոկային հասարակություններին։

Նման իրավիճակներում ռացիոնալ խոսքը իր տեղը զիջում է մի կողմից պսեւդոազգայնականությանն ու պոպուլիզմին, իսկ մյուս կողմից՝ պարտվողականությանն ու հուսահատությանը։

Դժբախտաբար հաճախ մենք էլ ՝քաղաքական գործիչներս, ընկնում ենք այդ ալիքի տակ ու սեփական գաղափարներն առաջարկելու փոխարեն դառնում ենք պոպուլիզմի զոհը։

Իշխանությունն ամեն օր մի անհեթեթություն է դաշտ նետում, մենք էլ լուրջ դեմքով ու ջանասիրաբար փորձում ենք հերքել այդ անհեթեթությունը՝ակամայից խաղալով ռեժիմի քարոզչական խաղը։

Իսկ ի՞նչ է պետք անել։

Պետք է երբեմն դադար տալ, ընկալել իրավիճակը, գնահատական տալ, գույքագրել եղած-չեղածը ու նոր ծրագրային առաջարկ անել հանրությանը։

Հակառակ դեպքում ոչինչ չի ստացվելու։

Առանց իրավիճակի սթափ գնահատականի ու քայլերի ռազմավարական պլանավորման անհնար է հախուռն գործողություններով դրական փոփոխություն ակնկալել։

Քաղաքական ուժերը կներեք,բայց ժողովրդին գաղափարներ առաջարկող ու այդ գաղափարի համար պայքարն առաջնորդելու համար են, այլ ոչ թե ՝«գնանք տեսնենք ժողովուրդն ի՞նչ է ասում, այդպես էլ անենքի» համար ։

Այդ կեղծ ու պոպուլիստական թեզը հարկավոր է հանել մեր ուղեղներից։

Պետք է այթընտրանք առաջարկել հասարակությանը, իսկ եթե չկա՞ այլընտրանք ՝մտածել, պրպտել, քննարկել, լսել, բանավիճել այնքան ժամանակ, մինչեւ ծնվի այդ ծրագրային այթընտրանքը։

Թե չէ «դավաճան»,«թալանչի»,«հողատու» կամ « կոռումպացված» շրջապտույտից դուրս չենք գալու։

Դժվար բան եմ ասում, բայց սա է ճանապարհը։

Անհնար է պոպոպլիստներին հաղթել պոպուլիզմի դաշտում,փողոցային պայքարի ինստրուկտորներին էլ՝ փողոցում։

Մեր ուժը պետք է լինի մեր միտքը,ազգային ու պետականաստեղծ միտքը։

Հակառակ դեպքում գնալ մայրաքաղաքում միտինգներ անել ,իսկ մարզերում հանդիպումներ առանց հստակ մշակված այլընտրանքային ծրագրի ու առաջարկների՝ արդյունավետ չէ։

Հասարակության հետ պետք է տարվի բովանդակային ու ազգային-պետական արժեքների վրա հիմնված քարոզչական աշխատանք եւ Աժ-ում,եւ՝ եթերում եւ՝ սոցիալական ցանցերում։

Թե չէ միտինգ անել միտինգ անելու համար,կամ հանրային մեծ հանդիպումներ կազմակերպել առանց մարդկանց էմոցիոնալ շոկից հանելու ու այլընտրանքային ծրագիր առաջարկելու «Սիզիփոսյան աշխատանքի» նման մի գործողություն է լինելու։

Երբ չգիտես ի՞նչ անել,պետք չէ անել ինչ պատահի։

Կարող է հոնքը շինելու փոխարեն աչքն էլ հանենք»։
