Խալխի սվետոֆորը՝ Հայաստանի խաչմերուկում․ Արմեն Աշոտյան

Արմեն Աշոտյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Փաշինյանի կողմից հորինված նոր խաղալիքը՝ «խաղաղության խաչմերուկը», արդեն արժանացել է բազմաթիվ բովանդակային և վերլուծական քննադատություններին։
 
Նիկոլական մտքի հերթական տոքսիկ արգասիքը արտաքին շուկաներում ի սկզբանե խոտանված «ապրանք» է, ուստի այդ ցնորքի հիմնական սպառումը իրականացվում է կրկին ներքին լսարանի շրջանակներում։
 
Ի հավելումն արդեն հնչած փաստերին և փաստարկներին, որոնք արտացոլում են փաշինյանական ԽԽ-ի ցնդաբանությունը, ներկայացնեմ ևս երկուսը։
 
1. Հայտնի է, որ ճանապարհատրանսպորտային անվտանգության տեսակետից խաչմերուկները առավել վտանգավոր են։ Նույն օրինաչափությունը գործում է նաև գեոպոլիտիկայի մեջ։
 
Եթե, ըստ Նիկոլի, Հայաստանը պիտի «խաչմերուկ» դառնա, ապա ակնհայտ է, որ աշխարհաքաղաքական պատահարների, բախումների, զոհերի և կորուստների քանակը էլ ավելի է մեծանալու։ Սա առավել իրական սպառնալիք է մեր դեպքում, քանզի այլևս աքսիոմատիկ է, որ Փաշինյանը ոչ միայն ի վիճակի չէ կառավարել կամ նվազեցնել ռիսկերը, այլ, ընդհակառակը, նա միայն ավելացնում է դրանք։ Եթե չասենք, որ Նիկոլն ինքնին ռիսկ է մեծ, դրսից կառավարվող, աղետաբեր ռիսկ։
 
2. Իհարկե, խաչմերուկներին անվտանգությունն ամրացնելու համար որոշակի կանոններ են սահմանվում, օրինակ, սվետոֆորներ տեղադրվում։
 
Հայաստան-խաչմերուկ կոնցեպտի դեպքում ցավալի փաստ է, որ մեր երկիրը ի վիճակի չէ սահմանել «երթևեկության կանոններ» Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանի համար, առավելևս հետևել այդ կանոնների պահպանմանը կամ պատժել օրինախախտներին։
 
Նիկոլի պատճառով մենք չենք կարողանալու անգամ մեր իսկ տարածքում սվետոֆոր տեղադրել։ Եվ այստեղից առաջանում է հաջորդ կարևոր հարցը. եթե մեզ ուզում են դարձնել խաչմերուկ, ապա ո՞վ է տեղադրելու իր սվետոֆորը։
