Նվաստացման ակտ Թբիլիսիում

Վրաստանի մայրաքաղաք Թբիլիսիում նախօրեին երեկոյան հանդիպել են Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի վարչապետները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Ալի Ասադովը։ Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլիի միջնորդությամբ հանդիպումը տեղի է ունեցել Մետաքսի ճանապարհ միջազգային համաժողովից հետո տեղի ունեցած ընթրիքից առաջ։

Վրացական լրատվամիջոցների տեղեկությամբ մի քանի ժամ հանդիպմանը քննարկում է եղել, ապա նաև երեք երկրների վարչապետները պաշտոնական ճաշի են մասնակցել մեկ սեղանի շուրջ։ Ամեն ինչ կարելի էր օրինաչափ համարել, սակայն կա մի էական հանգամանք, եթե Փաշինյանը համարվում է Հայաստանի պետության ղեկավարը, ըստ Սահմանադրության Հայաստանը խորհրդարանական պետություն է, Ալի Ասադովն իր կարգավիճակով Ադրբեջանում նույնիսկ երկրորդ մարդը չէ, Ադրբեջանը նաև փոխնախագահ ունի՝ Մեհրիբան Ալիևան, և Ասադովի պաշտոնն ընդամենը երրորդն է ադրբեջանական հիերարխիայում, ուստի իրենց կարգավիճակով, առնվազն սահմանադրորեն Փաշինյանը և Ալի Ասադովի պաշտոնները նույնական չեն։ Եթե Փաշինյանը նստեր մեկ սեղանի շուրջ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ, ինչ-որ չափով հասկանալի կլիներ, սակայն այն, ինչ տեղի է ունեցել Թբիլիսիում ընդամենը հերթական նվաստացման ակտն է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ղեկավարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձի համար։ Իհարկե կլինեն մարդիկ, որոնք կառարկեն, թե Վրաստանն էլ խորհրդարանական հանրապետություն է և Ղարիբաշվիլին երկրի ղեկավարն է։ Ղարիբաշվիլին այս դեպքում հանդես էր գալիս որպես տանտեր և նրա համար էական նշանակություն չկար, թե ում հետ էր նստած, առավել ևս, որ կոնֆլիկտ չունի, ո՛չ Հայաստանի և ո՛չ էլ Ադրբեջանի հետ։

Ինքը՝ Փաշինյանը, Թբիլիսիում ներկայացրել է իր «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկը», որը հերթական գոյութենական վտանգն է ներկայացնելու Հայաստանի համար։ Բացի Փաշինյանից համաժողովին հայաստանյան այլ պաշտոնյաներ էլ են մասնակցել՝ Տարածքային կառավարման փոխնախարար Հակոբ Վարդանյանն, օրինակ, հայտարարել է, թե խորհրդային ժամանականերում Հայաստանն Ադրբեջանից գազ էր գնում և, եթե քաղաքական խնդիրները լուծվեն, հնարավոր է նաև վերականգնել այդ ենթակառուցվածքները և ոչ միայն գազ ստանալ Ադրբեջանից, այլ նաև լինել գազի տարանցիկ երկիր Ադրբեջանից Եվրոպա։

Փոխնախարարի այս հայտարարությունն ընդամենը բացահայտում է, թե ինչ իրական և թաքնված նպատակներ ունի փաշինյանական իշխանությունը։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արժանապատվության և տարածքային ամբողջականության հաշվին բիզնես անել Ադրբեջանի հետ։ Թե ինչպե՞ս կվարվի Ադրբեջանը դրանից հետո Հայաստանի հետ, Փաշինյանին և նրա վարչախմբին բացարձակ քիչ է հետաքրքրում։
