Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը հավաքում է իրերը. Արսենյանի համար ագրեման չկա

Հայաստանն արդեն տևական ժամանակ կարելի է ասել, որ դեսպան չունի Ռուսաստանում։ Նախօրեին Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչը կանչվել է Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ, որտեղ նրան բողոքի նոտա են հղել հայկական ԶԼՄ-ներում Ռուսաստանի դեմ իրակնացվող քարոզչական հարձակումների վերաբերյալ։ Տեղեկությունը հաստատել է Մարիա Զախարովան, միաժամանակ նշել, որ ԱԳՆ կանչվել է Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատարը։

Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանն արդեն 2 տարուց ավելի Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանն է և նրան փոխելու ժամանակը, ըստ դիվանագիտական արարողակարգի, նույնիսկ չի էլ հասել։ Փաշինյանը սակայն բավական դժգոհ է Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի գործունեությունից, կարծում է, որ Մոսկվայի հետ թյուրըմբռնումները կապված են հենց նրա անձի հետ։

Հարությունյանը Հայաստանի քաղաքական նույնիսկ ամենառուսամետ շրջանակներում համարվում է ոչ թե ռուսամետ, այլ հենց ռուսական գործիչ և որևէ կերպ պիտանի չէ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու իր ձգտումներում, ուստի և մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ արդեն երկրորդ ամիսն է Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը պատրաստվում է իր պաշտոնանկությանը, ավելին, ըստ որոշ տեղեկությունների, վաճառել է նույնիսկ Պռոշյան փողոցում գտնվող իր բնակարանը և իր ամբողջ ունեցվածքը տեղափոխում է Ռուսաստան։ Փաշինյանն էլ ամիսներ շարունակ փորձում է ստանալ ագրեման՝ Ռուսաստանում Գուրգեն Արսենյանին դեսպան նշանակելու համար։ Արսենյանն ինքն էլ օրերս հայտարարեց, թե արդեն տևական ժամանակ իր փաստաթղթերը գտնվում են Մոսկվայում, սակայն դեռևս պատասխան չի ստացվել։

Ի դեպ, դիվանագիտական էթիկետով, ագրեմանի հաստատում կամ մերժում չի ստացվում, սովորաբար, եթե պատասխան չի ստացվում երկու ամիս շարունակ, համարվում է, որ այն մերժվել է, մինչդեռ Հայաստանի անհասկացող իշխանությունների համար Ռուսաստանը նույնիսկ դեսպան Կոպիռկինի միջոցով պարզ ակնարկել է, որ Արսենյանի ագրեմանը մերժվելու է։ Արսենյանի քաղաքական վայրիվերումները Մոսկվայում չեն կարողանում ընդունել, հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից լուրջ աշխատանք է տարվել և մեծ դոսյե է հավաքվել Արսենյանի, թե՛ նախկին և թե՛ ներկա տնտեսական գործունեության վերաբերյալ, հատկապես մտահոգիչ են արևմուտքի որոշ կառույցների հետ նրա կապերը, ուստի և չեն ցանկանում Արսենյանին տեսնել Կրեմլում։

Միաժամանակ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը կիսաբաց է թողել դուռը՝ նշելով, թե ագրեմանը նախնական համաձայնություն է։ Այս կերպ Ռուսաստանը փորձում է ինչ-ինչ զիջումներ ստանալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից Արսենյանին նշանակելու համար, մինչդեռ Արսենյանը քաղաքական այն ֆիգուրը չէ Փաշինյանի համար, որպեսզի նրա նշանակման դիմաց «բազարների» մեջ մտնի Կրեմլի հետ։
