ՖՈՏՈ. Շամիրամում սպանությունների մեջ մեղադրվողի տանից ատրճանակ և հրացան է հայտնաբերվել. նոր զարգացումներ

Օգոստոսի 1-ին, ժամը 10.40-ին ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնում ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ Շամիրամ գյուղի գերեզմանատանը կից սգո սրահում կրակոցներ են հնչել: Մեկնած օպերատիվ խումբը պարզել էր, որ անհայտ անձը մտել է նշված սրահի տարածք և կրակ բացել այնտեղ գտնվողների վրա, հայտնում են Ոստիկանության լրատվության ծառայությունից:

Կրակոցների հետևանքով զոհվել էր 3 մարդ, վիրավորվել՝ 5-ը: Մեկ քաղաքացի էլ ժամեր անց մահացել էր «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնում:

Կրակողը դեպքի վայրից դիմել էր փախուստի: Ոստիկանության ծառայողների ձեռնարկած միջոցառումներով պարզվել է նրա ինքնությունը՝ Արմավիրի մարզի Մյասնիկյան գյուղի բնակիչ, 1967 թ. ծնված Թելման Քալաշյան:

Պարզվել է նաև, որ Քալաշյանն օգտագործել է «Սայգա» տեսակի, իր անվանբ օրինական գրանցված որսորդական հրացան:

Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական հետագա միջոցառումների շնորհիվ պարզվել է, որ Թելման Քալաշյանը հանցանքը կատարելուց հետո Շամիրամ գյուղի սկզբնամասից դիմել է փախուստի հորեղբոր` 1950 թ. ծնված Քյարամ Քալաշյանի օգնությամբ՝ վերջինիս վարած «ՎԱԶ-2121» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով:

Ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից հարազատների շրջանում անցկացրած բացատրական աշխատանքների շնորհիվ՝ Քյարամ Քալաշյանը օգոստոսի 2-ին, ժամը 13.30-ին, ինքնակամ ներկայացել է ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժին, ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել ՁՊՎ:

Ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության և Բաղրամյանի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից օգոստոսի 2-ին, ժամը 17.50-ին, խուզարկություն է կատարվել Թելման Քալաշյանի՝ Մյասնիկյան գյուղում գտնվող տանը և օժանդակ շինություններում. հյուրասենյակի բազմոցի դարակից հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է «ՏՏ» տիպի ատրճանակ՝ պահունակով, լիցքավորված 7,62 մմ տ/չ 8 փամփուշտով, իսկ տանը կից թոնրատնից՝ «ԻԺ-18ե» տիպի մեկփողանի ողորկափող որսորդական չհաշվառված հրացան:

Թելման Քալաշյանի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում ՀՀ քր. օր.-ի 104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 6-րդ կետերի, 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 34-104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի մեղադրանքներով:
