Տեսեք՝ ով ինչ խորհուրդ է տալիս․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ուրեմն, երեկ պարզվեց, որ Միխեիլ Սահակաշվիլին «բաց նամակ» է գրել... Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Չէ՛, սա ամենևին կատակ չէ, ոչ էլ կատակերգական ֆիլմի անվանում: Սա փաստ է: Ավելին՝ գրված, արձանագրված փաստ, որի մասին հրապարակումներով մի պահ ողողվեց լրահոսը: Եվ այսպես, կրկնենք. այժմ վրացական բանտում գտնվող Վրաստանի նախկին նախագահ Միխեիլ Սահակաշվիլին «բաց նամակ» է հղել ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնն զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Սահակաշվիլին մի շարք «արժեքավոր» խորհուրդներ է տալիս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին:

Մասնավորապես, խորհուրդ է տալիս գործնականում խզել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ, դուրս գալ ՀԱՊԿ-ից, ԱՊՀ-ից, ԵԱՏՄ-ից, փոխարենը՝ դիմել ԵՄ-ին, ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցելու խնդրանքով: Դե, Սահակաշվիլին այլ խորհուրդ տալ չէր կարող: Ու խնդիրը նույնիսկ այն չէ՝ լավ խորհուրդ է տալիս, թե վատ: Հարցն այս պարագայում նույնիսկ այն էլ չէ, թե հատկապես ի՛նչ խորհուրդներ է տալիս իր յուրօրինակ «նմանակին» Միխեիլ Սահակաշվիլին: Հարցն այն է, թե ով է, էլի, խորհուրդներ տալիս (ու նաև՝ որտեղ գտնվելով): Ի դեպ, «նմանակների» առումով ընթացիկ ամիսը, կարելի է ասել, «բարեբեր» էր Փաշինյանի համար: Ամսվա սկզբին՝ հոկտեմբերի 5-ին, նա Գրանադայում տեղի ունեցած եվրոպական ֆորումի միջանցքներում հանդիպեց Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Զելենսկուն: Իսկ ամսվա կեսից քիչ անց էլ՝ Սահակաշվիլուց «բաց նամակ» ստացավ:

Այս պարագայում, առհասարակ, շատ ավելի հետաքրքիր է նաև, թե ինչո՞ւ է Սահակաշվիլին խաղաղության, կոմունիկացիաների, ինտեգրումների վերաբերյալ «խորհուրդներով» դիմում հենց Փաշինյանին: Ինչո՞ւ, օրինակի համար, Սահակաշվիլին մի նամակ էլ չի գրում Ալիևին: Վերջին հաշվով, ժամանակին նրա հետ կարծես բավականին մեղրաշաքարային հարաբերությունների մեջ էր: Ինչո՞ւ է հենց Փաշինյանին դիմում: Ի՞նչ է, «արյո՞ւնն է քաշում», թե՞ «տեսակային ընդհանրություն» կա: Չնայած, Սահակաշվիլին, որպես աղետաբեր, պետք է դեռ վագոններով հացուպանիր ուտի՝ Փաշինյանին հասնելու համար: Մյուս կողմից՝ դժվար չէ ենթադրել, որ Սահակաշվիլին պարզապես «պարտք» է վերադարձնում: Բանն այն է, որ Սահակաշվիլու՝ 2008-ին հրահրած պատերազմից հետո, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, հիշեցնենք, «մարտի 1-ի» գործով հետախուզման և փախուստի մեջ էր, մի նամականման բան էր գրել Սահակաշվիլուն:

Ավելի ճիշտ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գրառում էր արել, թե Սահակաշվիլին լավ կանի՝ հրաժարական տա: Հիմա Սահակաշվիլին, Նիկոլին «վճարում» է նույն դրամով: Կամ էլ, «դուխ է տալիս», որպեսզի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ավելի ոգևորված շարժվի Ռուսաստանի դեմ: Ինչից, անկասկած, կօգտվի և օգտվում է Ալիևը: Հա, մեկ էլ մի հարց, որ օդում կախված է մնում: ՀԱՊԿ-ից, ԱՊՀ-ից, ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու ու ԵՄ-ին, ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցելու մասին խորհուրդ տվողը ոնց որ թե ժամանակին այդ ճանապարհով էր գնում: Այդպես, մի տասը տարի: Հիմա հարցը՝ իսկ ո՞ւր է Վրաստանի անդամակցությունը այդ կառույցներին...
