Իշխանությունները նոր խաղ են սկսել. գլխավոր դերակատարը դատախազությունն է. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «ԱԺ ընտրությունների օրը ընտրակեղծարարության փորձ արածները հայտնվել են տխուր իրավիճակում: Մի քանի քրեական գործով արձակված մեղմ դատավճիռները չեն բավարարել մեղադրող դատախազներին: «Ժողովուրդ»-ը տեղեկացավ, որ դատախազները դիմել են վերաքննիչ դատարան՝ ընտրակեղծարարների համար որպես պատիժ պահանջելով ազատազրկումը, եւ որ նրանք պատիժը կրեն քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում: Նման պահվածքը, սակայն, պատահական չէ. այն թերեւս քաղաքական որոշման հետեւանք է. այսպես իշխանությունները փորձում են միջազգային հանրությանը ցույց տալ, թե անողոք են ընտրակեղծարարների հանդեպ ու հետամուտ են լինում, որ նրանք ամենախիստ պատժի արժանանան:

Իսկ նպատակն այն է, որ ԵՄ-ն լուրջ գումարներ է խոստացել Հայաստանին տարբեր ծրագրերի իրականացման համար, եւ հիմա իշխանություններն ընտրակեղծարարներին զոհաբերում են՝ հանուն գումարի: Մեկնաբանությունների համար «Ժողովուրդ»-ը դիմեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանին, որը ասաց. «Ո՛չ պրոցեսից եմ տեղյակ, ո՛չ էլ դրանով պետք է զբաղվեմ, քանի որ դա իմ ոլորտը չէ»: Թեեւ հիշեցնենք, որ եվրոպացիների հետ ե՛ւ ԸՕ-ի, ե՛ւ, ընդհանրապես, ընտրական գործընթացների կազմակերպման հարցով իշխանությունների կողմից բանակցում էր հենց պարոն Հարությունյանը»:
