Քանի դեռ Նիկոլն է իշխանության ղեկին, առնվազը Սյունիքի անեքսիայի հարցը լինելու է թուրք-ադրբեջանական օրակարգում

«Բաքուն Սյունիքը ճանաչում է որպես Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածք»,-BBC-ին տված հարցազրույցում նման «շեդռի» հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել Իլհամի ներկայացուցիչ Ամիրբեկով Էլչինը՝ պատասխանելով Սյունիքի գրավման սպառնալիքի վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի մտահոգությունների մասին հարցին։

«Մենք ընդունում ենք, որ Սյունիքը Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքն է։ Բայց մեզ համար կարևոր է իմանալ, թե մյուս կողմն ինչպես է ապահովելու միջանցքի երթևեկության անվտանգությունը: Մեզ անհրաժեշտ են յուրաքանչյուր ուղևորի անվտանգության հուսալի երաշխիքներ…: Բաքուն պատրաստ է բանակցությունների, բայց եթե Հայաստանը որոշի ձգձգել գործընթացը, ապա Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ է երթուղի հարթել Իրանի տարածքով»,-հայտարարել է Իլհամի չինովնիկը:

Իսկապե՞ս… Իրականում ադրբեջանցին ստել է, բլեֆ արել, քանի որ Ադրբեջանի ու նրա հետևում կանգնած Թուրքիայի ստրատեգիական նպատակը հայկական պետականության չգոյությունն է, իսկ որպես այդ նպատակին հասնելու առաջին քայլերից մեկը «Զանգեզուրի միջտանցքի» ձեռք բերումն է դիտարկվում: Ընդ որում՝ նկատենք՝ Ադրբեջանին ու Թուրքիային հարկավոր է հենց միջանցք՝ տարբեր սովորական ճանապարհներին բնորոշ կարգավիճակից: Գուցե ֆորմալ առումով այդ ուղին կարող է համարվել Հայաստանի սուվերենության տակ գտվող, բայց այն, որ դրա վերահսկողությունը կարող է իրականացնել ցանակցած այլ երիկիր, արդեն իսկ ուղին դարձնում է միջանցք: Ահա սա հաշվի առնելով է, որ ադրբեջանցին բարձրացրել է իր ազգակիցների անվտանգ տեղաշարժի հարցը՝ ակնարկելով, որ եթե ուղին վերահսկվի Հայաստանի կողմից, ապա դա իրենց պետք չի գալու: Ի դեպ՝ միջանցքի գործարկմանը խոչընդոտող հիմնական պատճառն այն հարցն է, թե ով է այն վերահսկելու. Մոսկվային պետք է իր վերահսկողությամբ միջանցք, իսկ Արևմուտքին ՌԴ-ի վերահսկողությամբ ուղի պետք չէ, ուստի համարվում է, որ ավելի լավ է, որ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» չլինի, քան լինի ռուսական վերահսկողությամբ: Ահա սա է պատճառը, որ այդ հարցում Արևմուտքը սատարում է Հայաստանին: Բայց հենց որ ռուսական գործոնը չեզոքացվի, այս անգամ արդեն Արևմուտքն է միջանցքի հարց բարձրացնելու, քանի որ այն պետք է նաև ՆԱՏՕ-ին:

Ադրբեջանը չի ճանաչում Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը: Սա աքսիոմատիկ ճշմարտություն է ու հաստատված փաստ. կա՞ գեթ մեկ հայտարություն այն մասին, որ Բաքուն ճանաչում է Հայաստանի 29800 քկմ-ը: Չկա՝ անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ է ամենօրյա ռեժիմով բարբաջում Նիկոլը: Եթե չեն ճանաչում 29800-ը, ապա, բնականաբար, կասկածի տակ են դնում նաև Սյունիքի պատկանելիությունը, ինչի մասին պարզ վկայությունն «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» մասին հերյուրանքներն են:
