Ո՞վ է պատասխան տալու փողերի փոշիացման համար․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արցախի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացված ահաբեկչության՝ լայնածավալ ագրեսիայի և արցախցիների բռնի տեղահանման հետ կապված՝ որոշում էր կայացվել հետաձգել Snoop Dogg-ի՝ սեպտեմբերի 23-ին նախատեսված համերգը: Ընդ որում, որոշման հետ կապված տեղեկությունները տարբեր էին. ըստ պաշտոնական վարկածի, հետաձգման նախաձեռնությունը կառավարությանն է, որոշ տեղեկություններով՝ հենց Snoop Dogg-ինն ու համերգի կազմակերպիչներինը: Սակայն այստեղ ոչ պակաս ուշագրավ է, որ փաստացի համերգի համար պետբյուջեից հատկացված գումարները փաստացի ծախսվել են:

Հիշեցնենք, որ «ժամանակակից արվեստին հաղորդակցվելու» ու «Հայաստանն ավելի ճանաչելի դարձնելու» թեզերի ներքո կառավարությունն այդ համերգի համար հատկացրել էր մոտ 6 մլն դոլար գումար: Ընդ որում, կրկնենք, համերգը ոչ թե չեղարկվել է, այլ հետաձգվել, ինչը նշանակում է, որ երգչի հոնորարից ու մասնակի 1-2 ծախսից զատ, մի շարք խնդիրների համար փաստացի անհրաժեշտություն կարող է ծագել հավել յալ միջոցներ տրամադրելու, այդ թվում՝ ասենք՝ «անվտանգության և ապահովագրական ծախսերի», «բարձրակարգ տեխնիկական հագեցվածության ապահովման», «գովազդային միջոցառումների իրականացման» և այլ կետերով: Սա ինքնին նշանակում է գումարների պարզ փոշիացում, այն էլ՝ մեր երկրի դեպքում, որն ունի բազմաթիվ անվտանգային, սոցիալական ու այլ խնդիրներ:

Արդյո՞ք պետբյուջեի միջոցներն այդպես քամուն տալու համար մեղավորները կպատժվեն: Հաշվի առնելով այս իշխանությունների բնույթը՝ հազիվ թե: Ի դեպ, համեմատության համար նշենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը Արամ Խաչատրյանի 120-ամյակին նվիրված բոլոր միջոցառումների համար ամբողջ տարվա համար հատկացրել է ընդամենը մոտ 1,5 մլն դոլար, իսկ մի ռեպերի համերգի համար՝ մոտ չորս անգամ ավելի: Համաձայնեք, խոսուն փաստ է:
