«Նիկոլենց հակակոռուպցիոն քաղաքական դատարանում ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ նախագահ Գեորգի Ծերեթելին ու կոլումբիացի նախագահ Անդրեա Արագոն հավատ չեն ներշնչում». Լիլիթ Գալստյան

Լիլիթ Գալստյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. «նիկոլենց հակակոռուպցիոն քաղաքական դատարանում ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ նախագահ Գեորգի Ծերեթելին ու կոլումբիացի նախագահ Անդրեա Արագոն հավատ չեն ներշնչում:

Երեկ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանը՝ դատավոր Վահե Դոլմազյանի նախագահությամբ, քննում էր Արմեն Աշոտյանի խափանման միջոցի հարցը։

Գրեթե չորս ժամ տևած դատական նիստում Ա․ Աշոտյանի փաստաբանները հիմնավորում էին, որ 2018-ից վարույթում գտնվող գործով նոր հանգամանքներ ի հայտ չեն եկել և առաջարկում էին Արմեն Աշոտյանին կալանքը փոխարինել խափանման այլ միջոցներով /տնային կալանք, գրավ, երաշխավորություն և այլն/։

ի թիվս ԱԺ երեք պատգամավորների/ Լ․ Գալստյան, Է․ Վարդանյան, Հ․ Մամիջանյան/, Արմեն Աշոտյանի խափանման միջոցի երաշխավորություններ էին ներկայացրել նաև ՀՀ վարչապետ Հ․ Բագրատյանը, Մայր Աթոռի Դիվանապետ Արշակ Արքեպիսկոպոս Խաչատրյանը, ԱՄԷ և հարակից շրջանների Թեմի առաջնորդը, ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ երկարամյա նախագահ Գեորգի Ծերեթելին և Կոլումբիայի 37-րդ նախագահ Անդրես Արագոն։

Մեր՝ տեղացի երաշխավորներիցս մեկ անգամ ևս ստանալով երաշխավորության վերահաստատումը, դատավոր Դոլմազյանը դիմեց մեղադրող կողմին, որն առանց նոր հիմնավորման պնդեց Աշոտյանի կալանքի երկարաձգումը։

Դատավոր Դոլմազյանն անգամ հարկ չհամարեց գոնե վասն ձևականության խորհրդակցական սենյակ գնալ։ Անմիջապես, դատախազի վերջակետին հաջորդեց դատավոր Դոլմազյանի՝ Արմեն Աշոտյանի խափանման միջոց կալանքը ևս երեք ամսով երկարացնելու որոշումը։ Դե, որ Աշոտյանը քաղաքական հալածյալ է, ավելի քան ակնհայտ է։ Էլ զարմանակու ուժ չի մնացել․․․

Բայց որքան զավեշտալի էր, նույնքան էլ՝ լացելու, երբ դատավոր Դոլմազյանը հայտարարեց, թե ինքը ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ երկարամյա նախագահ Գեորգի Ծերեթելիին և Կոլումբիայի 37-րդ նախագահ Անդրես Արագոնին չի ճանաչում և ՝ հետևաբար նրանց երաշխավորությունը հավատ չի ներշնչում։

Մեզ՝ տեղացիներիս, մնում է մխիթարվել, որ երկու նախագահների հետ «անվստահության» նույն դաշտում ենք․․․

Իսկ միջազգային իրավապահ կազմակերպություններն ու արևմտյան դեսպանատները թող շարունակեն աչք փակել ժողովրդավարության բաստիոնի քաղաքական հալածյալների, «հեղափոխական արդարադատության» և ոստիկանական բռնությունների վրա։»
