Նիկոլը որոշել է վտարել արցախցիներին

Կառավարութան նիստում Նիկոլը տնավեր այն արցախցիներին, որոնք այսօր ապաստան են գտել հյունաոցներում կամ այլ վայրերում, կոչ է արել արագորեն գտնել իրենց համար վարձով տներ ու տնտեսվարողներին ավելորդ անհանգստություն կամ անհարմարություններ չպատճառել. պետությունը, ըստ Նիկոլի, հատկացրել է բավարար միջոցներ՝ օգնելու փախստականներին տնավորվել:

Նիկոլը տեղյա՞կ է վարձով տրվող տների գներից: Իհարե, բա հո էշի ականջում քնած չէ… Պետությունն արցախցիներին հատկացնում է չնչին միջոցներ. մարդա հարյուր հազար դրամը չի կարող լուծում լինել, ինչպես նաև լուծում չի կարող լինել միանվագ մարդա ասենք 300000 դրամը, քանի որ անշարժ գույքի շուկայում ստեղծված վիճակը լավատեսության ոչ մի հույս չի թողնում: Սա նշանակում է, որ պետությունը պետք է գոնե նախապես պատրաստ լիներ այս արհավիրքին ու հիմա արցախպցիների դեմը նման տոնով չդներ: Ո՞ւր գնան այդ մարդիկ,որտեղի՞ց ասենք մի 50000-60000 հազար դրամով վարձու տուն գտնեն, եթե գները սկսում են 200000 դրամից: Կամ ենթադրենք՝ մի քանի ամսով տուն գտան, տեղավորվեցին, ապրեցին, բա հետո՞, Նիկոլն ունի՞ երաշխիքներ, որ այդ ընթացքում յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքից գոնե մեկը կարող է իր համար բավարար վարձատրությամբ աշխատանք գտնել Հայաստանում: Աշխատանք չկա նույնիսկ Երևանում, ուր մնաց թե մարզերում:

Արցախն այս օրին հասցնլու դիմաց Նիկոլը մի քանի միլիարդ դոլար փող է Իլհամից «քերել», ուստի պարտավոր է այդ միլիարդներից գոնե ինչ-որ տոկոս արցախցիներին բաժին հանել: Թող արագացված տեմպերով բնակարաններ կամ տներ կառուցեն՝ այդ ընթացքում հոգալով մարդկանց կենսական խնդիրները: Կարող են նաև Երևանում արդեն իսկ կառուցված շենքերում բնակարաններ գնել ու արցախցիներին տեղավորել: Այս իրավիճակում մարդկանց հանել-թափել փողոցները կարող է միայն թշնամական կառավարությունը: Ոչինչ, թող միլիոնատերերը մի քիչ էլ տուժեն, թող դա էլ լինի իրենց օգությունը՝ արցախահայերին, թող գոնե ինչ-որ մասնակցություն բերեն խնդիրների լուծմանը. չեն աղքատանա:
