Նիկոլը փորձել է հիմնավորել, թե ինչու Հայաստանին բանակ պետք չէ

Հայտարարելով, որ բանակային բարեփոխումների, արած-չարածի մասին մանրամասնորեն խոսելն անմտություն է՝ Նիկոլը միաժամանակ փորձել է հիմնավորել, թե ինչու Հայաստանին հզոր, լավ զիված, մարտունակ բանակ հարկավոր չէ: Ըստ նրա՝ պրակտիկան ցույց է տալիս, որ հզոր զենքերը չեն կարող երաշխավորել երկրների անվտանգությունը, և կարևոր է, որպեսզի դիվանագիտական հարթությունում հնարավոր լինի հոգալ անվտանգության մասին: «Անվտտանգության ամենակարևոր բաղադրիչն այն է, երբ կարողանում ես ստեղծել վիճակ, որ զենք օգտագործելու անհրաժեշտություն չլինի»,-հայտարարել է Նիկոլն ու ասել, որ Գրանադան պատերազմի չեզոքացման «նժարին» դրված ևս մեկ կարևոր «կշռաքար էր»:

Նիկոլը նո՞ր է իմաստնացել, ի՞նչն էր նրան խանգարում նման կեսնափիլիսոփայութան կրող լինել ոչ թե Արցախի հայաթափումից հետո, այլ՝ 2020-ի պատերազմից առաջ, երբ տալիս էր Ադրբեջանին հիմքեր՝ Արցախի վրա հարձակվելու: Նախկին իշխանությունները թողել էին փայլուն դիվանագիտական ժառանգություն, կային բոլոր նախապայմանները՝ Արդբեջանի հետ միասին հանգելու միջանկյալ կարգավորման, որի մասին, ի դեպ, նույն Մոսկվան չի դադարում հիշեցնել՝ մեղադրելով Երևանին պայմանավորվածություներից հետ կանգնելու համար:

Մյուս կողմից՝ Նիկոլի հայտարարությունները բավական չարագույժ են հնչում հատկապես թուրք-ադրբեջանական տասնյակ զորավարժությունների ու ադրբեջանական բանակի տոտալ զինման ֆոնին. նրանք զինվում ու պատրաստվում են, իսկ ահա Նիկոլը խոսում է դիվանագիտությունից՝ մոռանալով մի հասարակ ճշմարտություն՝ հաջողված դիվանագիտության հիմքը բանակն ու տնտեսական պոտենցիալն է, դիվանագիտությունն ինքնին ոչինչ է, եթե բանակցողի հետևում չկա նորմալ, հզոր պետություն: Պապիկյան Սուրիկի քանդած բանակով Նիկոլի թրաշն ո՞ւմ է պետք դրսում, ինչո՞ւ պետք է հաշվի նստեն ՀՀ շահերի հետ, եթե ո՛չ տնտեսություն ունենք, ո՛չ բնակչություն, ո՛չ էլ մարտունակ բանակ՝ տարածաշրջանում: Նիկոլի հույսը դաշնակիցնե՞րն են: Բայց մի՞թե Հայաստանն ունի դաշնակիցներ, Գրանադյաում հավաքվածնե՞րն էին Հայաստանի դաշնակիցները, բայց չէ՞ որ նրանք ոընդամենը Ռուսստանի թշնամիներն են, այլ ոչ թե վերջինիս «անճոռնի ճուտիկ» Նիկոլի բարեկամները՝ չնայած որոշակի քարոզչական խաբկանքներին, որոնց թակարդում է հայտնվել Հայաստանը:

Մի բան հստակ է՝ նման խեղված փիլիսոփայությամբ Հայաստանն աշխարհի զարգացման հաջորդ փուլ չի թևակոխի:
