Արևային էներգիայի չինական մատակարար Trina-ն նախատեսում է գործարան կառուցել ԱՄՆ-ում

Karl-marks.ru-ն գրում է, որ Trina Solar Co-ն ծրագրում է 200 միլիոն դոլար արժողությամբ արտադրական ձեռնարկություն կառուցել Տեխասում այն բանից հետո, երբ ԱՄՆ-ը հայտարարեց, որ չինական պանելների այդ մատակարարը հրաժարվում է մաքսատուրքերից:

Ըստ վերջին հաղորդագրության գործարանը կկարողանա տարեկան արտադրել մոտ 5 գիգավատ պանելներ օգտագործելով պոլիսիլիկոն, որը ստացվում է ԱՄՆ-ից և Եվրոպայից: Սպասվում է, որ արտադրությունը կսկսվի 2024 թվականին։

Կլիմայի լայնածավալ օրենսդրությունը, որը կոչվում է Գնաճի թեթևացման ակտ, խթանում է արևային էներգիայի արտադրության բումը և միջազգային ընկերություններին ներգրավում է ԱՄՆ-ում ստեղծել կարողություններ զեղջերին համապատասխանելու համար: Trina-ի հայտարարությունը նաև այն ժամանակ է, երբ Առևտրի դեպարտամենտն ակտիվացնում է ջանքերը ներմուծվող արևային մարտկոցների նկատմամբ առևտրային քաղաքականության կիրառման համար: Trina-ն այն հինգ ընկերություններից մեկն էր, որոնց անցած ամիս պատասխանատվության են ենթարկվել մաքսատուրքերը շրջանցելու համար:

Trina-ն այն վերջին չինական արևային հսկան է, որը հայտարարել է ԱՄՆ-ում գործարաններ կառուցելու կամ ընդլայնելու իր պլանների մասին: Աշխարհի ամենամեծ արևային ընկերությունը՝ Longi Green Energy Technology Co-ն աշխատում է ԱՄՆ-ի գործընկերոջ հետ Օհայոյում գործարան կառուցելու համար, որը տարեկան կարտադրի 5 գիգավատ պանել, իսկ JA Solar Technology Co-ն նախատեսում է Արիզոնայում 2 գիգավատ հզորությամբ կայան կառուցել: Jinko Solar Co-ն ստացել է Ֆլորիդայում գործող գործարանն ընդլայնելու թույլտվություն:

«Trina-ի նպատակն է կառուցել այդ գործարանը, սկսել ամերիկյան արտադրության էկոհամակարգի կառուցումը, որը կարող է ծառայել ԱՄՆ-ում արևային էներգիայի աճող շուկային», — ասել է Trina-ի ԱՄՆ-ի գործառնությունների նախագահ Սթիվեն Չժուն իր հայտարարության մեջ:

Չինական արևային ընկերությունները գերիշխում են պանելների համաշխարհային արտադրության մեջ, սակայն արգելափակվել են նրանց ԱՄՆ մատակարարումները մի շարք առևտրային վեճերի և մարդու իրավունքների ոտնահարման մեղադրանքների պատճառով, որոնք Չինաստանը հերքել է: Հիմա նրանց ներխուժումն է ԱՄՆ, քանի որ իրենց ներքին շուկայում գերարտադրությունը սպառնում է շահութաբերությանը:

Բայց որքան էլ գայթակղիչ լինի ԱՄՆ-ի շուկան, Վաշինգտոնի և Պեկինի միջև հարաբերությունները մնում են փխրուն, և Չինաստանի այդ ոլորտի պաշտոնյաները մտահոգություններ են հայտնում ԱՄՆ-ում իրենց ընկերությունների նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքի վերաբերյալ:
