Հանձնեց ոչ միայն Արցախը, այլ նաև Հայաստանի մաս կազմող «անկլավները»

Rossaprimavera.ru-ն «Կարծիք. Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակումը բուն Հայաստանի շրջափակման նախերգանքն էր» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչումը և Արցախի (Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի) հանձնումը նախերգանք էր Հայաստանի պետականության կորստի համար: Այդ մասին իր տելեգրամյան ալիքում գրել է Քաղաքական տնտեսություն հետազոտական ինստիտուտի քաղաքագետ Բենիամին Մաթևոսյանը։

«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ստորագրելով 86,6 հազար քառակուսի կիլոմետր տարածքով Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ճանաչող փաստաթուղթ, հանձնեց ոչ միայն Արցախը, այլ նաև Հայաստանի մաս կազմող «անկլավները»»,- գրել է նա: Քաղաքագետի խոսքով, Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողությունը հայկական «անկլավների» նկատմամբ կհանգեցնի հենց Հայաստանի շրջափակմանը։ Արցախի տասնամսյա շրջափակման անալոգիայով որոշ ադրբեջանցի «էկոլոգներ» և «փախստականներ» կարող են հայտնվել «անկլավներում» և խզել Հայաստանի կապը Իրանի և Վրաստանի հետ։ «Հանձնելով «անկլավները»՝ Փաշինյանը ապահովել է Հայաստանը Վրաստանին և Իրանին կապող միջպետական երթուղիներ Ադրբեջանի մուտքը և ապահովել ադրբեջանական զորքերի մոտեցումը նույն Իրանից և Վրաստանից մեր երկիր մտնող գազատարներին»,- ընդգծել է Մաթևոսյանը։

Նա հիշեցրել է մի քանի ամիս առաջ գրված այն զգուշացումը, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակը լուծարելու պահանջը Հայաստանի զինված ուժերը լուծարելու պահանջի «նախերգանք/փորձ» է։ «Ռուսաստանի խաղաղապահ զորախմբին Արցախից դուրս բերելու պահանջը նախերգանք է 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի ու ռուս սահմանապահների՝ Հայաստանից դուրս բերելու պահանջի համար»,- շարունակել է նա՝ թվարկելով հետևանքները։

Նրա խոսքով, ադրբեջանական «Խանքենդի» տեղանունի օգտագործումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտի նկատմամբ նախերգանք է, այնպես, ինչպես Սևանա լճի, Վարդենիս և Երևան քաղաքների առնչությամբ ադրբեջանական «Գոյչա», «Բասարգեչար» և «Էրիվան» տեղանունների օգտագործումը: «Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակումը նախերգանք/փորձ է բուն Հայաստանի շրջափակման համար։ Արցախի երեխաների քաղցը նախերգանք/փորձ էր Հայաստանի երեխաների սովի համար»,- համոզված է Մաթևոսյանը։ Նրա խոսքով, Հայաստանը սկսել է մտնել հայկական պետականության «ազատ անկման» ամենադժվարին փուլը:
