Նման պատմությունների մասին խոսելն այսօր «մոդայիկ» չէ․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ մեր հասարակությունը հաճախ է ծայրահեղությունների գերի դառնում վերաբերմունքի կամ գնահատման տեսակետից: Այս գործոնը առավել խորացել է 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո, էլ ավելի՝ արցախցիների բռնի տեղահանման ու Արցախի հանձնման գործընթացին զուգահեռ: Խոսքը վերաբերում է նաև հակառուսական տրամադրությունների գեներացմանը:

Ի մասնավորի, արցախյան ողբերգության հարցում շատերը ամենածանր մեղադրանքներ են հնչեցնում ՌԴ խաղաղապահ կոնտինգենտի նկատմամբ: Ընդ որում, այնպիսի մոլուցքով, որ երբեմն տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, թե միակ կամ առնվազն գլխավոր մեղավորը խաղաղապահներն են: Ըստ շատ փորձագետների, այստեղ մեծ դեր ունի իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան, որն իր հարթակներով ու արևմտյան ուղղվածությամբ և ֆինանսավորմամբ հայտնի սատելիտների միջոցով հանրության մեջ ատելություն է գեներացնում Ռուսաստանի, այդ թվում՝ խաղաղապահների հանդեպ: Այն, որ Ռուսաստանին, ինչու չէ՝ նաև խաղաղապահներին, շատ մեծ հարցեր կան, քննարկման ենթակա չէ: Սակայն միակողմակի չլինելու համար, հանուն արդարության, պետք է նշել նաև «մեդալի հակառակ» կողմը:

Նախ՝ ցավալիորեն հաշվի չի առնվում այն հանգամանքը, թե ինչ իրավասություններ ու հնարավորություններ են ունեցել խաղաղապահները՝ թե՛ քանակական առումով, թե՛ լիազորությունների տեսակետից: Մյուս կողմից՝ հենց թեկուզ բռնի տեղահանված արցախցիներից շատերի հետ զրույցները ցույց են տալիս, որ ամեն ինչ, մեղմ ասած, այնքան էլ միանշանակ չէ: Օրինակ՝ մեր զրուցակիցները ներկայացրել են նաև պատմություններ, որ ողբերգական օրերին ռուս խաղաղապահներն աչքի են ընկել խիզախությամբ և բազմաթիվ դեպքերում իրենց դրսևորել որպես իսկական քրիստոնյաներ: «Հազարավոր մարդիկ «պատահաբար» կսպանվեին հաղթանակներից և արյունից արբած ադրբեջանցի զինյալների կողմից, եթե չլիներ ռուս զինվորների և սպաների զգոնությունն ու վճռականությունը»,-ասում էր մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկը, որը չցանկացավ ներկայանալ հասկանալի պատճառներով:

Ընդ որում, նման պատմությունները շատ են, բայց դրանց մասին այսօր խոսելը «մոդայիկ» չէ, իսկ նրանք, ովքեր պատմում են, ցանկանում են «անանուն» մնալ։ Պատճառն այն է, որ, ուզենք թե չուզենք, պետք է ընդունենք, որ Փաշինյանի իշխանական քարոզչությունը լուրջ հաջողությունների է հասել հակառուսական տրամադրություններ տարածելու գործում, և այսօր Մոսկվան է գլխավոր մեղավոր «նշանակված» կատարվածի համար։ Այնպես որ, վերոնշյալ վկայությունները խաղաղապահների գործողությունների վերաբերյալ այս օրերին ուղղակի կխեղդվեն քննադատության տարափում։ Բայց ժամանակը գուցե ամեն ինչ իր տեղը դնի...
