Ավտովթարի հետևանքով 3 մարդ մահացել է․ մանրամասներ

Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին

2023թ. հոկտեմբերի 3-ին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության Արթիկի բաժնից ստացվել է հաղորդում՝ կից փաստաթղթերով, այն մասին, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 18:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան-Գյումրի ավտոճանապարհին բախվել են երկու տրանսպորտային միջոցներ և կան տուժածներ:

Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Քննչական կոմիտեից։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արթիկի և Անիի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 342-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Կատարված նախաքննությամբ տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ 2023թ.  հոկտեմբերի 3-ին՝ ժամը 18։00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան-Գյումրի ավտոճանապարհի 103-րդ կիլոմետր հատվածում միմյանց են բախվել Երևան քաղաքի 56-ամյա բնակչի կողմից վարած «Nissan» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան և Գյումրի քաղաքի 54-ամյա բնակչի կողմից վարած «Mitsubishi» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան։ Ավտովթարի հետևանքով երկու ավտոմեքենաների վարորդները, ինչպես նաև «Mitsubishi» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի 37-ամյա ուղևորուհին տեղում մահացել են։ Ավտոմեքենաների 8 ուղևորներ, այդ թվում՝ երկու երեխաներ, տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով, տեղափոխվել են Գյումրի բժշկական կենտրոն և Գյումրու մոր և մանկան ավստրիական հիվանդանոց։ 

Քրեական վարույթով կատարվել է ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարի դեպքի վայրի զննություն, վնասվածքներ ստացած բոլոր անձինք ճանաչվել են տուժող։ Ըստ բուժհաստատությունից ստացված տեղեկանքի՝ վերջիններիս հետ դեռևս հնարավոր չէ իրականացնել քննչական գործողություններ։ 

Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ։ Ոստիկանությանը տրվել է օպերատիվ միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկելու հանձնարարություն։

Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ ավտովթարի պատճառները, հանգամանքները լիարժեք պարզելու ուղղությամբ։  

Ծանուցում. հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
