Փաստաբանը Սուրենավանի համայնքապետի՝ արցախցիների վերաբերյալ կատարած գրառման կապակցությամբ հաղորդում է ներկայացրել դատախազություն

Փաստաբան Ամրամ Մակինյանը դատախազություն հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել Սուրենավանի համայնքապետի՝ արցախցիների վերաբերյալ կատարած գրառման կապակցությամբ։ Այս մասին մի քանի գրառումներ կան փաստաբանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջում։

Անի Վարդազարյանը կոչ էր անում օգնությունից զրկել ցույցերին մասնակցող արցախցիներին։

Ավելի ուշ Անի Վարդազարյանը նոր գրառում է կատարել՝ պարզաբանելով նախորդ գրածը, իսկ ցույցերին մասնակցող արցախցիներին օգնությունից զրկելու կոչ անող գրառումը հեռացրել էջից։

«Ուզում եմ անդրադառնալ երեկ կատարած իմ ֆեյսբուքյան հայտարարարությանը.

Բոլորիս համար հիմա ծանր ժամանակահատված է ու ինքս լծված եմ արցախցուն օգնելու ամեն հնարավոր ու անհնարինն անելու պատրաստակամությամբ իմ բնակավայրում։Անձամբ իմ տանն եմ ընդունել Արցախից տեղահանված ընտանիքի, օրեր շարունակ օգտագործելով բոլոր լծակները,դիմելով սփյուռքում բնակվող իմ ընկերներին, խնդրել օգնեն ապաստան տալ տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցներին։Թերևս ասածս թույր պատկերացում ու արձագանք ստացավ հանրության որոշ շրջանակներում,բայց պետք է հասկանանք, որ ներքին պառակտումը` ինչին տանում է յուրաքանչյուրի հրապարակում հայտնվելը, կլինի դա արցախցի թե տեղի բնակիչ, վտանգ է և էլ ավելի է թուլացնելու մեր պետականությունն ու միասնությունը։

Ես ներողություն եմ խնդրում իմ արած հայտարարության համար, որով կարծիք է ստեղծվել թե ես դեմ եմ արցախցուն օգնելուն, սակայն ասածս ենթադրում է հետևյալը.

Ամենքս հիմա պատրաստ ենք միայն ու միայն աջակցելու, սակայն մեր աջակցությանը զուգահեռ ձեր հրապարակում հայտնվելը, խառնվելը ներքին ներքաղաքական գործերին, հարված է մեզ թիկունքից ու թշնամու հարվածին համարժեք։ Դեմ եմ այս ծանր իրավիճակում հրապարակում բողոքի ձայն բարձրացնելուն, այն բողոքին, որով ոչնչով մեկս մյուսիս չենք օգնում»։
