ԿԸՀ-ն հաստատել է «Հայաքվե»-ի ներկայացրած տորագրությունների վավերականությունը

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը սեպտեմբերի 29-ի նիստում հաստատել է «Հայաքվե» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության ներկայացրած պահանջվող քանակի ստորագրությունների վավերականությունը։

ԿԸՀ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ հունիսի 20-ին ԿԸՀ-ն գրանցել էր 66 քաղաքացիների դիմումը՝ «ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքում լրացում կատարելու մասին նախագիծը (Հարցը) քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության կարգով առաջարկելու նպատակով նախաձեռնող խումբ կազմավորելու վերաբերյալ»։

Նախաձեռնող խումբը ստորագրությունների հավաքման համար ուներ 60 օր՝ հունիսի 21-ից օգոստոսի 19-ը ներառյալ։

Քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության ներկայացուցիչները օգոստոսի 31-ին  ստորագրությունների լրացված ձևաթղթերի 5 տուփ էին ներկայացրել Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով։ ԿԸՀ-ն ուներ մեկ ամիս՝ ստորագրված ձևաթերթիկների ստուգման համար։

Նշենք, որ ԿԸՀ-ն օգտագործել է տեխնիկածրագրային միջոցներ, իրականացրել ստորագրությունների վավերականության ստուգում՝ այդ թվում ստորագրած ձևաթերթիկների տվյալները համադրելով պետական և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների տիրապետման ներքո գտնվող հասանելի տեղեկությունների հետ։ Գործընթացին հետևել են նախաձեռնության ներկայացուցիչները։

ԿԸՀ-ն մեկ այլ որոշմամբ բաշխել է 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 29-ի ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի և քարտուղարի պաշտոններն Ազգային ժողովում խմբակցություն ունեցող կուսակցության, կուսակցությունների դաշինքների միջև։ Արարատի մարզի Վերին Դվին և Կոտայքի մարզի Արզնի համայնքներում հոկտեմբերի 29-ին մեծամասնական ընտրակարգով հերթական ընտրություններ են։

Տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովներում հանձնաժողովի նախագահի և քարտուղարի պաշտոններն Ազգային ժողովում խմբակցություն ունեցող կուսակցության, կուսակցությունների դաշինքների միջև «Ընտրություններ» ավտոմատացված համակարգի միջոցով բաշխվել են հետևյալ համամասնությամբ`

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցություն` 2 -ական,

«Հայաստան» կուսակցությունների դաշինք` 1-ական,

«Պատիվ ունեմ» կուսակցությունների դաշինք` 0 -ական։

Բաշխումն իրականացվում է ԱԺ խմբակցությունների ստացած մանդատների համամասնությամբ։

Տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովներում անդամներ նշանակելու մասին հայտերը Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով ներկայացվում են 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 29-ից հոկտեմբերի 4-ը` մինչև ժամը 18.00-ն:

Հիշեցնենք, որ տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովների անդամ կարող են նշանակել միայն ԱԺ խմբակցությունները և Ընտրատարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովները (յուրաքանչյուրը 2 անդամ): ԿԸՀ-ն ՏԸՀ անդամ նշանակելու իրավասություն չունի։
