Արցախը լուծարվում է ապօրինի հրամանով. Հայաստանի առջև ծառացած վտանգները

Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանի հրամանագրով հունվարի 1-ից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը կդադարեցնի իր գոյությունը, իսկ մինչև հաջորդ տարեսկիզբ կլուծարվեն պետական բոլոր կառույցները։ Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբն է հայտնել ցավալի այս լուրը, իսկ Արցախի նախագահի կայքն արդեն այլևս անհասանելի է։ Մի կողմ թողնենք այն հանգամանքը, որ ընդամենը 19 օր պաշտոնավարած Արցախի նախագահը նման հրամանագիր է ստորագրում։ Ըստ Արցախի Սահմանադրության, որն, իդեպ, նա մեջբերել է իր հրամանագրում նման իրավասություն Արցախի նախագահը չունի, այդ իրավասությունը տված է Արցախի անկախությունը հռչակած գերագույն խորհրդի իրավահաջորդ Ազգային ժողովին, ուստի և իրավական առումով Սամվել Շահրամանյանի հրամանագիրը կարելի է առ ոչինչ համարել։

Ի դեպ, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն ինքն էլ կարող էր նման հրամանագիր ստորագրել և լուծարել Արցախը, սակայն նախընտրել է այդ ամենն անել Արցախի հայկական իշխանություններին պարտադրելով։ Թե ինչպիսի՞ ճնշումների տակ են եղել Արցախի իշխանությունները, կարելի է դատել նույն այդ հրամանագրից, հանուն Արցախի ժողովրդի ֆիզիկական անվտանգության և կենսական շահերի ապահովման։ Մինչ այսօր առավոտյան, արդեն 85 հազար արցախցիներ բռնի տեղահանվել են Հայաստան, շատերն էլ սպասում են իրենց հերթին, ուստի առնվազն լուրջ չէ կարծել, որ Արցախի լուծարումն Ադրբեջանը հեշտ է մարսելու։

Բայց վերադառնանք Հայաստանի խնդիրներին, չի բացառվում, որ օրերից մի օր էլ կազմալուծման մասին մի հրամանագիր Հայաստանի նախագահը ստորագրի, այս տեմպերով ինչ Հայաստանի դեմ դավաճանական գործողություններ են իրականացնում Փաշինյանը և նրա վարչախումբը, նման հեռանկարն այլևս անիրատեսական համարել հնարավոր չէ։ Գործ ունենք մի իրավիճակի հետ, երբ ամենավատթարագույն կանխատեսումներն իրականություն են դառնում հաշված օրերի, անգամ ժամերի ընթացքում և մինչ Փաշինյանն ու իր թափառախումբը շարունակում է դավաճանական գործողություններ իրականացնել, հազարավոր տնավեր հայեր փորձում են իրենց կյանքը շարունակել Հայաստանում։
