Պարզվել են զինծառայողների նկատմամբ վերադասի կողմից բռնություն գործադրելու, ծառայակցին անզգուշությամբ ինքնասպանության հասցնելու դեպքի՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության 6-րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում իրականացվող քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ կոչումով լեյտենանտ զինծառայողը, հանդիսանալով ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի հրաձգային վաշտի հրամանատար, պատասխանատու լինելով վաշտի անձնակազմի զինվորական կարգապահության և բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակի համար, զինվորական ծառայության պարտականությունները կատարելու նկատմամբ դրսևորել է ՀՀ ԶՈւ ներքին ծառայողական կանոնագրքի դրույթներին հակասող վարքագիծ:

Մասնավորապես՝ վերջինս, շարքի դիմաց, ներկա գտնվող ծառայակիցների ներկայությամբ պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնող արտահայտություններ է կատարել մարտական հերթապահության ընթացքում մարտական դիրքում քնող զինծառայողի հասցեին, ինչի արդյունքում 2023թ. սեպտեմբերի 12-ին՝ ժամը 19։55-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի պահպանության շրջանի կրակային դիրքի հարակից տարածքում՝ խրամբջիջներից մեկում զինծառայող Ալեքս Ավանեսյանն իրեն ամրակցված գնդացրից կրակոց է արձակել իր գլխի ճակատային հատվածին և ստացած կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի վնասվածքից մահացել։ Բացի այդ, վաշտի հրամանատարը այլ զինծառայողների ներկայությամբ բռնություն է գործադրել մեկ այլ զինծառայողի նկատմամբ։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա հրամանատարի նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել, և նրան մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել:

Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորում ընտրելու վերաբերյալ, որը բավարարվել է:
