Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը պարտավոր է.

« պաշտոնապես հրաժարվել Արցախը որպես Ադրբեջանի մաս ճանաչող հայտարարություններից և պայմանավորվածություններից

բանակցային գործընթաց վերադարձնել «Անջատում հանուն փրկության» թեզը և նախաձեռնել Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախություն ճանաչման գործընթացը

իրականացնել համահայկական ուժերի մոբիլիզացիա
