ԿԽՄԿ-ն այժմ բեռնատարներով անհրաժեշտ մարդասիրական օգնություն է հասցրել Ստեփանակերտ՝ անցնելով Լաչինով և Ակնայով։ Պարունակությունը ալյուր և դեղամիջոցներ են: Այդ մասին APA-ին հայտնել է Ադրբեջանում ԿԽՄԿ պատվիրակության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Իլահա Հուսեյնովան։


«Մենք շատ գոհ ենք, որ որոշում կայացնողները եկել են մարդասիրական կոնսենսուսի, և այս գործընթացը կայացել է: Մենք հուսով ենք, որ մարդասիրական կոնսենսուսը թույլ կտա անհրաժեշտ օգնություն տրամադրել կարիքավորներին շարունակական հիմունքներով: 

ԿԽՄԿ-ն մարդասիրական գործունեություն է ծավալում անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերից։ Դեկտեմբերից մինչ այսօր ավելի քան 800 մարդու բժշկական տարհանում է իրականացվել։ 

Նաև այս բժշկական տարհանումների ընթացքում որոշ բժշկական պարագաներ առաքվել են Լաչինի ճանապարհով։ Այնուամենայնիվ, վերջին շրջանում մեծածավալ բժշկական պարագաներ կամ մեծածավալ մարդասիրական օգնություն չի հաջողվում մատակարարվել: Այսօր մեզ հաջողվեց իրականացնել այս առաքելությունը։ 
Որպեսզի ԿԽՄԿ-ն իրականացնի իր գործունեությունը, պետք է լինի որոշում կայացնողների համաձայնությունը: Եթե ​​ունենք որոշում կայացնողների համաձայնությունը, մենք գործարքն իրականացնում ենք գործարքի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության նախնական փոխանակման պայմանով: Այսինքն՝ պետք է լինի մարդասիրական կոնսենսուս, որպեսզի մենք կարողանանք իրականացնել այդ գործողությունները»,- նշել է ԿԽՄԿ ներկայացուցիչը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ պաշտոնական Ստեփանակերտը համաձայնել է Ակնայի ճանապարհով ու Լաչինի միջանցքով հումանիտար բեռների համաժամանակյա տեղափոխմանը։ Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբը երեկը հայտարարեց, որ ընդունել են Կարմիր Խաչի Ստեփանակերտի գրասենյակի ու ռուս խաղաղապահների առաջարկը՝ հաշվի առնելով խորացող աղետն ու անվտանգային իրադրությունը։

Ավելի վաղ, հայտնի էր դարձել, որ Ադրբեջանի Կարմիր մահիկի ընկերությունը 40 տոննա ալյուր է նախատեսել Արցախի բնակիչների կարիքները հոգալու համար․ օգնություն տեղափոխող շարասյունը շուրջ երեք շաբաթ գտնվում էր Ստեփանակերտի մատույցներում։
