Ադրբեջանը հերթական անգամ հրաժարվել է հաստատված պայմանավորվածություններից. Ռուբեն Վարդանյան

«Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» գործակալության համահիմնադիր, Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Այսօր կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ Ադրբեջանը հերթական անգամ հրաժարվել է հաստատված պայմանավորվածություններից և, ի պատասխան Ակնա-Ստեփանակերտ ճանապարհով Ռուսաստանից ռուսական Կարմիր Խաչի հումանիտար բեռի տեղափոխման հարցով Արցախի իշխանությունների համաձայնության, չի թույլատրել Բերձորի միջանցքով ՀՀ տարածքից հումանիտար բեռների տեղափոխումը:

Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների այս պահվածքը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան հիմնախնդրի լուծման միջազգային դերակատարների բոլոր ջանքերի լիակատար արհամարհում։
Առնվազն տարակուսելի է, որ Ռուսաստանը՝ որպես պայմանավորվածությունների կողմ և 2020 թվականի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթների կատարման երաշխավոր, հանդուրժում է հերթական սադրանքը Ադրբեջանի կողմից։

«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժումն առաջին անգամ չէ, որ հայտարարում է ադրբեջանական կողմի՝ պայմանագրային պարտավորությունները պահպանելու կասկածելի ունակությունների մասին և Արցախի իշխանություններին հորդորում է պնդել միջազգային երաշխիքների եւ պատժի անհրաժեշտությունը՝ իրականացնելու հնարավոր որոշումները, որոնց հնարավոր կլինի հասնել ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ երբեւէ։

Այս դժվարին ժամին մեր հայրենակիցներին կոչ ենք անում համախմբվել եւ անել հնարավորը՝ հանուն Արցախի փրկության:

Տոտալ շրջափակման, խոր հումանիտար ճգնաժամի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից գոյաբանական սպառնալիքների պայմաններում Արցախը հայկական պահելու ամենակարեւոր երաշխիքը եղել եւ մնում է Արցախի ժողովրդի՝ իր հայրենիքում ապրելու եւ այն ամեն գնով պաշտպանելու անկոտրում կամքը:
