«Հայաքվեն» հետամուտ է լինելու, որ ավագանու ընտրությունների արդյունքները որոշվեն քաղաքացիների ձայներով․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Հայաքվե» քաղաքացիական օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության ղեկավար շտաբը որոշել է իր կազմակերպչական ռեսուրսներով և հանրային վստահությամբ ապահովել Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների թափանցիկությունը: Քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչ, «Համախմբում» շարժման խորհրդի անդամ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է՝ գործող իշխանությունը մեծ ջանքեր է գործադրել՝ փորձելով այս ընտրությունները ներկայացնել որպես սեփական վստահության քվե, հիմա արդեն ակնհայտ է, որ այդպես չի լինի: «Համարում ենք, որ, որպես քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնություն, մեր ջանքերը պետք է գործադրենք, որ քաղաքացու ձայնը հնարավորինս լսելի և որոշիչ լինի մեր երկրում»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշում է Չալաբյանը:

Ընդգծում է՝ իշխանությունը ձևավորվել է 2021 թ.-ին ընտրությունների արդյունքում և ունի սահմանադրական մեծամասնություն Ազգային ժողովում: «Դա հանգեցրել է նրան, որ նա երկրում իրականացրել է համատարած իշխանազավթում, զավթել է և շարունակում է զավթել բոլոր հնարավոր պաշտոնները, դատավորի տեղ է ազատվում, հերթական կամակատարի է նշանակում և այլն: Համապետական նոր ընտրությունները տեղի են ունենալու երեք տարի հետո: Այդ միջակայքում տեղի ունեցող ցանկացած հնարավորության դեպքում պետք է օգնենք, որ քաղաքացիների ձայնը, եթե այն էապես տարբերվում է գործող իշխանության ձայնից, լսելի դառնա: Համապետական ընտրություններից հետո Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունները երկրորդ ամենամեծ ընտրությունն է երկրում»,-հավելում է մեր զրուցակիցը՝ շեշտելով, որ որևէ ընտրություն չի կարող ապաքաղաքական լինել, քաղաքականությունն ընտրություններով է որոշվում:

Չալաբյանը նշում է՝ քաղաքացիներից շատերի շրջանում կա այն մտայնությունը, որ ինչ էլ անեն, նույնն է լինելու, իրենցից որևէ բան կախված չէ, իշխանություններն ընտրությունները կկեղծեն և այլն: «Ուզում ենք մեր քաղաքացիներին վստահեցնել, որ այդպես չէ: Եկեք և ձեր խղճին համապատասխան քվեարկեք, իսկ մենք հետամուտ կլինենք, որ ձայները ճիշտ հաշվարկվեն, և ընտրությունների արդյունքները որոշվեն քաղաքացիների ձայներով, ոչ թե որևէ մեկի պարտադրանքով»,-եզրափակում է Ավետիք Չալաբյանը:
