«Փարկինգ Սիթի Սերվիսի» բաժնետոմսերը կհանձնվեն «Լոկատորին». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երևան քաղաքի ավագանին որոշել է որպես նվիրատվություն Տիգրան Հարությունյանից ընդունել «Փարկինգ Սիթի Սերվիս» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունում վերջինիս սեփականության իրավունքով պատկանող 100% բաժնեմասը՝ 1000 դրամ անվանական արժեքով 100 հատ անվանական բաժնետոմսերը: Այս մասին որոշման նախագիծը ընդունվել է դեկտեմբերի 21–ի՝ Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու արտահերթ նիստի ընթացքում:
Ըստ նախագծի՝ ավտոկայանատեղերի կազմակերպման ծառայությունները մատուցող Երևանի ենթակայության «Փարկինգ Սիթի Սերվիս» ՓԲԸ–ի բաժնետոմսերը հավատարմագրային կառավարման կհանձնվեն «Լոկատոր» ՓԲԸ–ին՝ հավատարմագրային կառավարչին: Իսկ Երևան համայնքի անունից էլ հավատարմագրային կառավարչի հետ կկնքվի «Փարկինգ Սիթի Սերվիս» ընկերության՝ Երևան քաղաքի սեփականությունը հանդիսացող բաժնետոմսերով հավաստված իրավունքների հավատարմագրային կառավարման պայմանագիր՝ մինչև տասը տարի գործողության ժամկետով:
Հավատարմագրային կառավարչի ամսական վարձատրության չափը կլինի 7 միլիոն դրամ: Պայմանագրում նշված է նաև, որ եթե ընթացիկ տարվա ընթացքում Երևան համայնքի բյուջե մուտք եղած՝ ավտոկայանատեղի տուրքի և դրա չվճարման հետևանքով գանձված տուգանքի գումարի ընդհանուր համագումարը գերազանցի 1 միլիարդ 200 միլիոն դրամը, ապա հավատարմագրային կառավարչին՝ այս դեպքում «Լոկատոր» ընկերությանը, որպես լրացուցիչ վարձատրություն, վճարման ենթակա կլինի 1 միլիարդ 200 միլիոն դրամը գերազանցող գումարի 10 %–ի չափով գումար: Երևանի համայնքի բյուջե 1 միլիարդ 200 միլիոն դրամից պակաս գումար մուտքագրված լինելու դեպքում՝ հավատարմագրային կառավարիչը տուգանք կվճարի՝ հավաքագրված և 1 միլիարդ 200 միլիոն դրամի տարբերությունը կազմող գումարի 10%–ի չափով:
««Փարկինգ Սիթի Սերվիս» ընկերությունը հեղինակավոր աուդիտորական կազմակերպության միջոցով գնահատել է իր կատարած ներդրումները, ակտիվներն ու պարտավորությունները, իսկ Երևան համայնքը որպես նվիրատվություն ձեռք է բերում ՓԲԸ–ի 100% բաժնեմասը՝ այն տրամաբանությամբ, որպեսզի արդեն Երևանի ենթակայությանն անցած ընկերությունը ստանձնի ակտիվներին համարժեք փոխառու միջոցների մարման պարտավորությունը: Ըստ ներկայացված տեղեկատվության՝ 2016 թ. նոյեմբերի 30–ի դրությամբ «Փարկինգ Սիթի Սերվիս» ընկերության ակտիվների արժեքը կազմում է 2 միլիարդ 12 միլիոն դրամ, իսկ պարտավորությունները՝ 2 միլիարդ 1 միլիոն դրամ»,– ասված է որոշման նախագծի մեջ։
