Որտե՞ղ են սովորում պաշտոնյաների երեխաները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ժամանակ առ ժամանակ թեժանում են խոսակցությունները այս կամ այն քաղաքական գործչի ընտանիքի անդամների, մասնավորաբար զավակների հետ կապված, որոնք ուսանում են արտասահմանում: Արտերկրում ուսանելն ինքնին չի կարող դատապարտելի լինել, առավել ևս, եթե «դրսում» սովորողներն, ի վերջո, իրենց գիտելիքներն ի սպաս են դնում մեր երկրի զարգացմանը: Այդուամենայնիվ, նման թեմաների շահարկումների պակաս չկա, բնականաբար՝ քաղաքական ենթատեքստով:

Հետաքրքիր է, որ «հակաարտասահմանյան» այս արշավին վերջերս ակտիվորեն մասնակցում են իշխանական ու մերձիշխանական որոշ շրջանակներ: Ավելին, երբեմն այս դաշտից ոչ միայն մեղադրանքներ են հնչում, թե այդ ինչ փողերով են սովորում քաղաքական գործիչների երեխաները, այլև կարծիքներ են հնչում, թե արտերկրում սովորելու «ուղարկելը» նշանակում է անվստահություն մեր երկրի կրթական համակարգի նկատմամբ:

Մոտեցումն, իհարկե, մեղմ ասած, վիճելի է, սակայն, եթե այդ տրամաբանությամբ շարժվենք, ապա մի շարք պաշտոնյաների ևս պետք է մեղադրել նման «անվստահության» մեջ: Հիշենք, որ օրերս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել էր, թե իր դուստրն ընդունվել է Գերմանիայում գործող միջազգային դպրոց: Մեր տեղեկություններով, Գերմանիայում է սովորում նաև ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանի դուստրը:

Կրկնենք, արտերկրում ուսանելը պախարակելի չի կարող լինել, ընդհակառակը, սակայն հետաքրքիր է, որ «դրսում» են սովորում հենց մեր երկրի կրթական համակարգի գլխավոր պատասխանատուի և վարչապետի երեխաները: Իսկ նրանցով, այսպես ասած, չի սահմանափակվում այն պաշտոնյաների ցանկը, որոնց զավակները սովորում են արտասահմանյան բուհերում:
