«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության նախընտրական շտաբի անունից պաշտոնապես հայտարարում եմ, որ մենք բացառում ենք ստիպողաբար, նյութապես շահագրգռելով կամ այլ ապօրինի եղանակով մեր հավաքներին մարդկանց մասնակցությունն ապահովելը․ Արմեն Փամբուխչյան

Արմեն Փամբուխչյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

Սիրելի երևանցիներ, ուզում ենք անդրադառնալ վերջին օրերին համացանցում որոշ ուժերի կողմից տարածվող 2 թեզի
 
1. «ՔՊ նախընտրական շտաբում եղել են ցուցակներ»։
 
Այո, եղել են։ Դրանք ԿԸՀ-ի կողմից հրապարակված ընտրողների ցուցակներն են, որոնք տպված են police. am կայքից ( հղումը՝ https://shorturl.at/txNOY ) և հասանելի են բոլորին։ Այդ ցուցակները հրապարակվում են հենց նրա համար, որ ընտրողները և քաղաքական ուժերը ստուգեն ու ուսումնասիրեն դրանք, ինչը և անում են մեր ենթաշթաբները։ Ու երբ ընտրություններից 7 օր առաջ հրապարակվեն ընտրողների վերջնական ցուցակները, դրանք ևս ստուգվելու և ուսումնասիրվելու են մեր թիմի կողմից։
 
2. «Մանկապարտեզներից մարդ են բերել հանրահավաքին»։
 
«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության նախընտրական շտաբի անունից պաշտոնապես հայտարարում եմ, որ մենք բացառում ենք ստիպողաբար, նյութապես շահագրգռելով կամ այլ ապօրինի եղանակով մեր հավաքներին մարդկանց մասնակցությունն ապահովելը։ Մենք դա համարել և համարում ենք արատավոր երևույթ քաղաքական պրոցեսներում, և եթե կամայական մեկը կամայական քաղաքական ուժի՝ այդ թվում մեր, հավաքին մարդկանց մասնակցություն ապահովելու համար կդիմի նման քայլերի, ապա թող պատրաստ լինի կրել դրա բոլոր քրեաիրավական հետևանքները։ ՈՒ մեր շտաբը հենց շահագրգիռ է լինելու որպեսզի այդ քրեաիրավական պատասխանատվությունը վրա հասնի։ Եթե հանդիպեք նման դեպքի անկախ նրանից թե ում կողմից է և ում օգտին հորդորում ենք դիմել իրավապահ մարմիններին, եթե ունեք կաշկանդվածություն, կարող եք դիմել մեր նախընտրական շտաբ և մենք ինքներս կդիմենք իրավապահներին։ Թող ոչ մեկի մտքով չանցնի, թե կարող է մեզ նման պիտակ կպցնել։
 
Բայց սրան զուգահեռ, ուզում ենք նաև նշել, որ միայն վերջին տարում մենք հիմնանորոգել ենք 24 մանկապարտեզ, խոստացել ենք հիմնանորոգել Երևանի առանց բացառության բոլոր մանկապարտեզները։ Ամբողջ քարոզարշավի ընթացքում խոսել ենք այն մասին, որ պատրաստվում ենք շոշափելիորեն բարձրացնել մանկապարտեզների աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերը ու այս ամենի մասին մոռանալ ևս չի կարելի։
Այնուամենայնիվ ևս մեկ անգամ շեշտում ենք՝ ցանկացած ապօրինի գործողության մասին մեզ հայտնի դարձած տեղեկատվությունը մենք անմիջապես փոխանցելու ենք իրավապահ մարմիններին, ինչը հորդորում ենք անել նաև մյուս քաղաքական ուժերին:
