Փաշինյանը Ռուսաստանին դարձնում է մեզ թշնամի, որ Ադրբեջանի, Թուրքիայի միջոցով Հայաստանին պատժեն. Նաիրի Սարգսյան

Արդեն մի քանի օր է՝ Ադրբեջանն ինտենսիվորեն ռազմական տեխնիկա է կուտակում՝ ինչպես հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին, այնպես էլ՝ արցախյան առաջնագծում, և, ըստ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակը մեր տարածաշրջանում էականորեն սրվել է, քանի որ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ շարունակվում է ոտնձգությունների քաղաքականությունը, ուստի միջազգային հանրությունը, ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ անդամ երկրները պետք է լրջագույն միջոցներ ձեռնարկեն մեր տարածաշրջանում նոր պայթյունը կանխելու համար:

168 TV-ի «Ռեվյու» հաղորդաշարի եթերում Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանն անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի սահմաններին ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ Կառավարության ղեկավարի նման արձագանքին՝ նշեց.

«Այսօր Կառավարության ղեկավարը հանրությանը չարաբաստիկ պատերազմի վերաբերյալ ուղերձ հղեց, և, ինչպես միշտ, դա արեց գլխիկոր անճարի պես՝ ցույց տալով, որ ինքն ի վիճակի չէ որևէ բան կառավարելու։ Նա ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամ պետություններին է խնդրում, որ միջոցներ ձեռնարկեն այն դեպքում, որ ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ն մի կառույց է, որի անդամ պետությունները որևէ բան չեն կարողանում անել Ադրբեջանին, որը ներխուժել է Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածք 2020-ից հետո, հետևաբար՝ ի՞նչ ենք ուզում այդ կառույցից։ Պատերազմից հետո տարիներ շարունակ այս իշխանությունը զբաղվել է միայն սեփական սոցիալական վիճակը բարելավելով, իսկ հիմա, անամոթաբար, դիմում է ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ին, թե՝ մի բան արեք,- ասաց Սարգսյանը՝ հավելելով,- Փաշինյանի Կառավարությունը Ռուսաստանին մեզ դարձնում է թշնամի, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի միջոցով մեզ պատժի»։

 

Դիտարկմանը, թե Փաշինյանը մի կողմից՝ հայտարարում է Ադրբեջանի՝ պատերազմելու մեծ հավանականության մասին, մյուս կողմից՝ շարունակում, որ «ՀՀ-ն պատրաստ է և ցանկանում է խաղաղության ու հարաբերությունների կարգավորման պայմանագիր կնքել Ադրբեջանի հետ։ Մենք մեր հավատարմությունն ենք հայտնում խաղաղության օրակարգին», Նաիրի Սարգսյանն արձագանքեց.

«Փաշինյանը հանձնված ղեկավար է. նա հանձնվել է՝ անգամ ղեկավար չդարձած, իր տեսակն է այդպիսին, հետևաբար՝ այդ մարդու հայտարարությունը մեկնաբանելն անտրամաբանական է» ։

Ըստ Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահի՝ այդ հանձնված, սեփական երկիրը չսիրող, չպայքարող մարդու տեսակի ապացույցն է նաև այն, որ պատերազմից հինգ պակաս երկրի Կառավարությունը 22 միլիոն դոլար է հատկացնում ոչ թե զինվորին ու բանակին, այլ՝ Լոնդոնի կենտրոնում 5 հարկանի շենք գնելու համար։

«Այս Կառավարության ծախսային քաղաքականությունը պետական միջոցների վատնում է, որի համար պետք է սահմանել ցմահ բանտարկություն։ Պատերազմից 5 պակաս կարգավիճակում իրավունք չունեն նման անտրամաբանական ծախսեր իրականացնելու, հատկապես, երբ հարց է, թե այդ ի՞նչ է անում այդ երկրի դեսպանը, կա՞ հստակ հանձնարարական, թե դեսպանն ինչ պետք է անի և արածի վերաբերյալ հաշվետվություն տա, երբ տեսնում ենք տոտալ ձախողում դիվանագիտական մակարդակում»,- ասաց Սարգսյանը։
