Շնորհակալ եմ Լեմկինի ինստիտուտին՝ կատարած լուրջ աշխատանքի և անտարբեր չլինելու համար. Ռուբեն Վարդանյան

Եվս մեկ կարևոր հաստատություն՝ Ցեղասպանության կանխարգելման Լեմկինի ինստիտուտը 126 էջանոց զեկույց է հրապարակել և ահազանգ հնչեցրել Ադրբեջանի կողմից արցախահայության նկատմամբ ցեղասպանության վտանգի վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը:

Նա նաեւ նշել է. «Ինստիտուտը «Արցախի Հանրապետությունում ցեղասպանության հանցագործության ռիսկի գործոնների և ցուցիչների մասին» զեկույցը հրապարակել է սահմանված ժամկետից շուտ՝ նշելով, որ դա պայմանավորված է Արցախի Հանրապետությունում օրեցօր ահագնացող հումանիտար ճգնաժամով, որն առաջացել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից շրջափակման հետևանքով։

«Հույս ենք հայտնում, որ այս զեկույցը կնպաստի ամբողջ աշխարհի վճռականությանը՝ պաշտպանելու արցախահայության կյանքն ու ինքնությունը, կանխելու հայերի 2-րդ ցեղասպանությունը, ճնշում գործադրելու Ադրբեջանի վրա»,-մասնավորապես ասվում է զեկույցում:

Ինստիտուտը միջազգային հանրությանը, այդ թվում՝ ՄԱԿ-ի անդամ երկրներին մի շարք առաջարկներ է ներկայացնում՝ ընդգծելով դրանց հրատապ իրականացման կարևորությունը՝ Արցախում հայերի սովամահությունն ու բռնի տեղահանումը կանխելու համար։
