Թվում էր՝ դժոխքում եմ․․. Ինչ է կատարվել՝ Բաթումիից Երևան ուղևորվող գնացքի մեջ

Հայաստանցիների զգալի մասը նախընտրում է ամառային հանգիստն անցկացնել Բաթումիում՝ օգտվելով Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղու մատուցած ծառայություններից: Պարզվում է, սակայն, երկաթուղու տնօրինությունն ամռան այս տապին ուղևորներին տեղ է հասցնում տանջամահ անելով՝ ստիպելով հարմարվել եղած անբավարար պայմաններին:

ԼՈւՐԵՐ.com-ին դիմած քաղաքացին ահազանգում է, որ Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղու գանցքներով երթևեկելը խիստ վտանգավոր է քաղաքացիների համար, քանի որ անհրաժեշտ պայմաններ գնացքի վագոններում ապահովված չեն: «Երեկ ընտանիքիս հետ Հայաստան էի վերադառնում Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղու Բաթումի-Երևան երթուղով։ Մեր վագոնում (մյուսների մասին չգիտեմ) օդորակիչը չէր աշխատում, չնայած՝ տոմսն առնելիս հավաստիացրել էին, որ ներսում զով է։ Եվ մենք (ու կարծում եմ բոլորն էլ) ընտրել էինք գնացքով ճամփորդելու տարբերակը, որպեսզի ավելի հարմարավետ լինի եւ վճարել էինք, բնականաբար, ավելի շատ։ Թվում էր՝ դժոխքում եմ։

Այդ փակ տարածքում ջերմաստիճանը 50-ի մոտ էր՝ Ցելսիուսի սանդղակով հաշված, երեխաներն անընդհատ լացում էին։ Ես՝ ինքս 1,5 եւ 3 տարեկան երեխաների հետ էի։ Հիշում եմ՝ մի երեխա մոտ 3 ժամ անընդհատ լացում էր, մինչև ուժասպառ լինելուց քնեց։ Ասեմ, որ գնացքից հիմնականում օգտվում են փոքր երեխաներ ունեցող ընտանիքները՝ հարմարավետության ակնկալիքով»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում ներկայացրեց վրդովված քաղաքացին՝ նշելով, որ ավտոբուսով նստած չերթևեկելու փոխարեն մոտ 15 ժամ գնացքով եկել են կանգնած և ստիպված են եղել իրենց երեխաներին գրկած պահել փոքրիկ պատուհանների մոտ, որոնց թիվը 2-3-ն էին։

Մեր զրուցակցի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս ընկերությունը չունի ոչ մի այլընտրանքային տարբերակ և ի պատասխան իրենց բողոքների, այդպես էլ ոչ ոք ընկերության անունից ներողություն չի խնդրել պատճառած անհարմարության համար։

Քաղաքացին նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ այդ օրը գնացքում եղած չափահաս ուղևորներով՝ թվով 18 հոգի, ստորագրություն են հավաքել, որով պատրաստվում են դիմել ընկերության տնօրինությանը, որպեսզի վագոններն ապահովվեն օդորակիչներով.«Անպայման կդիմենք այդ ընկերության տնօրինությանը, թեև, կարծում եմ, որ նման անմարդկային պայմաններով Երևան հասնելուց հետո այլևս որէ մեկը երկրորդ անգամ չի օգտվի Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղուց»,-նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
