Մանե Թանդիլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

Երևանում, և ոչ միայն Երևանում, ահազանգում են տարածվող թմրամոլության դեպքերի մասին։
 
Պատմությունները, որոնք մենք լսում ենք հատկապես դպրոցահասակ երեխաներ ունեցող ծնողներից, ուղղակի սահմռկեցուցիչ են։
 
Մարդիկ անհանգիստ են, որովհետև երեխա են ուղարկում դպրոց, ուսանող՝ ԲՈՒՀ-եր։
Արդեն ակնհայտ է, որ Հայաստանում թմրամիջոցների օգտագործման ու տարածման դեմ պայքարը բավարար արդյունավետ չի իրականացվում:
 
Թմրանյութերի որոշ տեսակներ հասանելի են անգամ դպրոցահասակ երեխաների համար:
 
Ավելին, արդեն իսկ հաստատված է, որ թմրանյութերի վաճառքով զբաղվողները հենց դպրոցականներին են թիրախավորում:
 
Թմրանյութերը հասել են դպրոցներ, բակեր։
 
Ի հեճուկս նրա, որ այս մասին պարբերաբար բարձրաձայնվում է և ծնողների կողմից, և մամուլի հրապարակումներում, իրավապահ համակարգը չի կարողանում արդյունավետ պայքարել այս վտանգի դեմ կամ չի ուզում:
 
Եթե վերհիշենք նաև իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների հրապարակային ձևակերպումներն ու վերաբերմունքը թմրամիջոցների օգտագործմանը, ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ այս իշխանությունը մտադիր չէ պայքարել այդ կործանարար աղետի դեմ:
 
Բոլոր հետազոտությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ ազգաբնակչության շրջանում թմրամիջոցներ օգտագործողների թիվը տարեցտարի աճում է:
 
Վերջին տասը տարում Հայաստանում այն գրեթե եռապատկվել է:
 
Եվ սա՝ միայն գրանցված տվյալներով: Պետությունը պարտավոր է համակարգված պայքարել թմրամիջոցների շրջանառության դեմ` խստագույն կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ իրականացնելով հատկապես ուսումնական հաստատություններում:
 
Հրապարակային որևէ խոսքում, առավել ևս բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից, թմրամիջոցների օգտագործումն անգամ անուղղակի խրախուսող խոսքը, ակնարկը պետք է արժանանան ամենախիստ պատժի:
 
Ու սա միայն իրավապահների տիրույթում չէ, նրանք միայնակ ոչինչ չեն կարողանալու անել, եթե չլինեն պետական հստակ քաղաքականություն, քաղաքային և համայնքային ղեկավարության աչալուրջ, հասուն և գործուն մոտեցում, հանրային պահանջ։
 
Չենք կարող թողնել, որ այս աղետը մտնի մարդկանց տներ։
 
Սա ազգային անվտանգության հարց է, և իմ կողմից գործադրելու եմ առավելագույն ջանքեր՝ այս աղետը դեռահասներից հեռու պահելու հարցում։
