ՔՊ֊ն հերքում է

«Տարածվող զրպարտչության մասին

Սիրելի՛ քաղաքացիներ,

այսօր առավոտից տարածվող «ՔՊ-ն իր երթերին մասնակցելու համար գումար է բաժանում» վերտառությամբ հոդվածը բացարձակ զրպարտություն է։

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունն իր գործունեության ընթացքում միշտ մերժել և շարունակում է մերժել գումարի դիմաց քաղաքացիներին հանրահավաքներին, երթերին ներգրավելու արատավոր երևույթը։

Այսօր առավոտյան հոդվածը լույս տեսնելուց անմիջապես հետո Կուսակցության նախընտրական շտաբը կապ է հաստատել առանց բացառության բոլոր ենթաշտաբների պետերի հետ։ Կարող ենք փաստել, որ կուսակցության ո՛չ կենտրոնական շտաբը, ո՛չ ենթաշտաբները որևէ առնչություն չունեն հոդվածում նկարագրվող պրոցեսների հետ։

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունն իր քարոզարշավն իրականացնում է բացառապես օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, օգտվելով միայն վճարովի գովազդային և այլ այնպիսի ծառայություններից, որոնք արգելված չեն օրենքով և չեն հակասում մեր արժեքներին։ Որպես օրինակ՝ գովազդային գործակալությունների հետ սահմանված կարգով համագործակցում ենք՝ պաստառներ փակցնելու, թռուցիկներ տարածելու, լեդ էկրանների վրա գովազդային հոլովակներ տեղադրելու և նման այլ հարցերով։

Իրավապահ մարմիններին կոչ ենք անում անհապաղ ստուգել հրապարակված հոդվածում առկա տեղեկատվության իսկությունը և դրանում քրեաիրավական գնահատականի արժանի արարքի առկայությունը։

Աներկբայորեն պետք է պարզել այս գործողությունը կատարողի կամ այս պատմությունը բեմադրողի ինքնությունը։

Հարկ ենք համարում շեշտել, որ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը միակն է, որ քարոզարշավի առաջին օրվանից ցայսօր ամեն օր հրապարակել է իր քարոզարշավի անցկացման օրը, ժամը և վայրը՝ ամբողջ պրոցեսը մաքսիմալ թափանցիկ դարձնելով լրատվամիջոցների համար։

Հատուկ ուշադրություն ենք հրավիրում այն փաստին, որ «Ականատես» դիտորդական առաքելությունն արդեն երկրորդ անգամ է նախընտրական փուլում զրպարտական բնույթի նյութ տեղադրում և թիրախավորում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությանը։ Նախորդ անգամ առաքելության անդամները որպես վարչական լիազորությունների չարաշահում էին ներկայացրել մեր՝ արձակուրդում գտնվող ավագանու թեկնածուներից մեկի՝ քարոզչական բնույթի ֆեյսբուքյան հետնանկարի տեղադրումը։

Բոլոր հետաքրքրված լրագրողներին, ՀԿ և դիտորդական առաքելությունների անդամներին և, իհարկե, քաղաքացիներին հրավիրում ենք օրվա ցանկացած ժամի և ցանկացած վայրում իրականացվող մեր քարոզարշավներին՝ սեփական աչքերով տեսնելու թե՛ մեր քարոզարշավը, թե՛ մեր թիմակիցների մոտիվացիան, որը ի տարբերություն շատերի փողը չէ»։
