Ակնա (Աղդամ)-Ստեփանակերտ ճանապարհի բացմանն ուղղված ադրբեջանական սադրիչ գործողությունների պատասխանն Արցախի Հանրապետությունը շատ հստակ է տվել:
 
«Այլընտրանքային ճանապարհի մասին խոսք չի կարող լինել, մեզ համար ընդունելի է միայն Բերձորի ճանապարհը»: Սա երկու օր առաջ Ազգային ժողովում տեղի ունեցած 6֊ժամյա քննարկումներից հետո լուսադեմին ժողովրդի հետ հանդիպմանը հնչեցրել է Հանրապետության նախագահը: Այսօր իր մամուլի ասուլիսում Արցախի խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը նույնպես հաստատել է «Կա հստակ որոշում փակ պահելու և չօգտագործելու Ակնա (Աղդամ) - Ստեփանակերտ ճանապարհը»: Նույնը կոնկրետ գործողություններով վերահաստատել է «Արցախի անվտանգության ու զարգացման ճակատը» երեկվանից ասկերանցիների հետ միասին չթույլատրելով ադրբեջանական բեռնատարերի սահմանահատումը:
 
Առնվազն տարակուսելի և անընդունելի էին, ընդամենը ժամեր անց, երեկոյան զարգացումները, երբ պարզվեց, որ ռուսական խաղաղապահները փորձել են ընդունել ադրբեջանական բեռը, իսկ նույն պահին ժամանած իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն էլ հանդես են եկել նոր առաջարկով, ինչն, իհարկե, տեղում կասեցվել է, սակայն որոշում փոխելու պատասխանատվությունը այդպես էլ մնացել է անհասկանալի: Ո՞վ է արտոնել նման գործարքի իրականացումը` պարզ չէ, հստակ է միայն մի բան. մենք դատապարտում ենք ժողովրդի թիկունքում կատարվող ցանկացած գործողություն, որը խախտում է մեր սահմանած կարմիր գծերը, ինչպես նաև, հարվածում ռուսական խաղաղապահ առաքելության հեղինակությանը:
 
Ակնհայտ է, որ նման պատասխանատու որոշում կայացնելու իրավասություն ունի միայն երկրի Նախագահը, իսկ ժողովուրդն էլ իրավունք ունի հստակ իմանալու ընդունված որոշման մասին։
