ՔԿ ՄԱՄՈՒԼԻ ԽՈՍՆԱԿԻ ՖԲ ՀՐԱՊԱՐԱԿՈՒՄԸ ՀԱՄԱՐՈՒՄ ԵՄ ԻՄ ՄԱՍՆԱԳԻՏԱԿԱՆ ԳՈՐԾՈՒՆԵՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԱՐԱՏԱՎՈՐՈՒՄ ԵՎ ԻՄ ՊԱՇՏՊԱՆՅԱԼ ՏԻԳՐԱՆ ԽԱՉԱՏՐՅԱՆԻ ԱՆՄԵՂՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԿԱՆԽԱՎԱՐԿԱԾԻ ՈՏՆԱՀԱՐՈՒՄ

Հանրությունը տեղյակ է, որ օրեր առաջ հանդես եկա մամուլի ասուլիսով, որտեղ ներկայացրեցի իմ պաշտպանյալ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի նկատմամբ նախաձեռնված անհիմն և ապօրինի քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնելու մանրամասները և վարույթային էական ու կոպտագույն խախտումները: Ասուլիսի ժամանակ ներկայացրեցի նախաքննական մարմնի բացթողումները, և ակնհայտ անգործության վերաբերյալ փաստեր:

Դրան հաջորդեց մամուլում մի հրապարակում, որը առնչվում է Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության պետին: Այդ նյութում մեջբերում էր արված նաև իմ ասուլիսից մի հատված, որտեղ խոսվում է Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի նկատմամբ հարուցված քրեական գործի մասին:

Չանդրադառնալով մամուլի հրապարակմանը՝ ցանկանում եմ տարակուսանքս հայտնել ՀՀ ՔԿ մամուլի խոսնակի ֆեյսբուքյան գրառման վերաբերյալ և ՔԿ-ի կողմից ցուցաբերված տարօրինակ հապճեպային վարքագծին:

Այսօր Քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի խոսնակ Gor Abrahamyanը՝ անդրադառնալով այս հրապարակմանը, քննության առարկա է դարձրել նաև իմ պաշտպանական մարտավարությունը՝ տալով ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ որակումներ:

Տեղեկացնում եմ, որ այդ գրառումը առնվազն արատավորում է ոչ միայն իմ, այլ նաև Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի բարի համբավն ու արժանապատվությանը: Այս հրապարակմամբ խախտվում է նաև իմ պաշտպանյալի անմեղության կանխավարկածը:

Եթե մամուլի խոսնակն առնվազն հեռախոսազրույցի մակարդակով շփված լիներ գործը քննող քննիչի հետ, պատկերը կարող էր այլ լինել՝ անգամ պատկերավոր իր համար:
Այնուամենայնիվ, որոշակի տեղեկատվություն տրամադրեմ մեր հանրությանը և անձամբ Աբրահամյանին, որպեսզի հաջորդ անգամ տրամադրի ճշգրիտ և ստուգված տեղեկատվություն և խուսափի անբարեհաճ բառաֆոնդից ու չխախտի փաստաբանի և նրա վստահորդի իրավունքներն ու օրինական շահերը:

Այսպես.
1. Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը 8 օր շարունակ հրաժարվում էր ինձ՝ որպես Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի պաշտպան, ներգրավելը, որի մասին տեղյակ է նաև ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ը,

2. Խուլիգանության մեղադրանքի վերաբերյալ քննիչը չի ներկայացրել որևէ ապացույց, որ իմ պաշտպանյալը դրսևորել է հասարակության նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք և խուլիգանական արարք է կատարել,

3. Քննչական մարմինը փաստացի հրաժարվում է հարցաքննել առանցքային վկային՝ վախենալով հետևանքներից, որը կարող է բերել քրեական գործի բեկմանը:

Կոչ եմ անում դատավարական բոլոր կողմերին և նրանց հետ առնչվող կամ փոխկապացված պաշտոնյաններին դրսևորել գերզսպվածություն և մասնագիտական հարթությունից որևէ պարագայում դուրս չգալ: Դա կարող է համարվել ճնշում քրեական վարույթի ընթացքի վրա:
