«Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում պաշտոնյա է ձերբակալվել. ով է նա և ինչով է հայտնի

Հուլիսի 22 –ին ոստիկանությունը պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել, որ Թալինի բաժնի ծառայողների ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ, հուլիսի 21-ին, ժամը 21.10-ին «Զվարթնոց» օդնավակայանից բերման է ենթարկվել 1965 թ. ծնված Ալբերտ Ս.-ն, որը հուլիսի 19-ից հետախուզվում էր ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308 հոդվածի (պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելը) 1-ին մասի մեղադրանքով:

Նկատենք, որ ոստիկանությունը չէր գաղտնազերծել, թե ով է Ալբերտ Ս-ն, որը անցնելով պաշտոնական լիազորությունները իրավապահների կողմից հետախուզման մեջ է եղել եւ,որոշել է փախչել երկրից: Եվ ահա ArmLur.am-ին իրավապահների կողմից հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող եւ Զվարթնոց օդնավակայանից բերման ենթարկված անձի ինքնությունից մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել:

Եվ այսպես մեր հավաստի տեղեկությունների համաձայն` իրավապահների կողմից հետախուզվող անձը, որը ըստ էության գնացել էր «Զվարթնոց» օդնավակայան, որ փախչի Հայաստանից, եղել է Արագածոտնի մարզի Սուսեր համայնքի միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրեն Ալբերտ Ստեփանյանը: Մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ իրավապահները բացահայտել են, որ դպրոցի տնօրենը պաշտոնական լիազորություններն է անցել, ինչի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, իսկ ահա Ալբերտ Ստեփանյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց են կիրառել ստորագրությումբ չհեռանալու մասին: Դատելով ստեղծված իրավիճակից` Սուսեր համայնքի միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրեն Ալբերտ Ստեփանյանը չի պահպանել օրենքը եւ, օգտվելով այն հանգամանքից, որ ազատության մեջ է, որոշել է խուսափել պատասխանատվությունից:
